Great day on the water! - The excursion operators seem to be among the largest in the area, They 5 boats besides ours out at nearly the same time. Snorkeling was fun and we saw a number of fish, but we were amoung hundreds of people trying to see the reef at the same time, so we had to play follow the leader and didn't get to spend very much time exploring. After that, we had a decent lunch, and a swim near a beach, with a stop on shore just around from there. We could also go in the water there. Then it was back to the marina. Plus side: Well, it's Cancun. The water was clear, and the color, amazing! The crew was very attentive, we never lacked for drinks, or help if we needed it. I especially liked the on board photographer Edel. We got a great image to remember the trip, and he even helped by stpping traffic so we could cross the street when we were leaving. Minuses: If you don't like sales pressure, or can't say no, don't go to Mexico. In our case, we paid about the same amount for a less crowded boat as we did for the original trip, But, we actually thought that that was worth it! The beverages, while tasting fine, contained very little alcohol in my opinion. I didn't, care, I didn't take the trip for drinks. Finally, the one I didn't like was, they played the music too darn loud! I mean, you couldn't speak to anyone unless it was directly into their ear. My ears were actually ringing when we got back to the marina. I really liked the choice of music, it was just too loud! With all that said, we'd go again if given a chance!

If you don’t tip they will make you feel like less then! - The price on here should always include hidden fees. So we don’t get trapped into paying and extra 600mxn pesos at time of check in! Boat ride was nice . I don’t drink and didn’t take advantage of the bar at all just maybe a cup of pop. So on the way back when the lady came around almost demanding a tip cash or card and got upset when people didn’t give her it. The family next to me were from Germany and only carried euros which in most ways is more money than the Pesos. The lady actually refused it and said that’s not good here! Like wtf! Then the group of 5-6 people to my left from Brazil that definitely took advantage of the bar didn’t have money to tip at the end and she said next time you book a trip don’t come unless you have money to tip.! She said it loud enough for the whole boat to hear! Just rude!!! Like people pay a lot for these tours and tip is optional and should never feel like a horrible person if they don’t get it! I was so disappointed

The Itenirary was not correct! You are not getting what you'll pay for! - I don't recommend this tour! First, two hours of the tour was wasted! To tour says starts at 9am but they will ask you to go the meeting place which was in Marina Las Perlas but you will have to wait again for a very long line up to pay the remaining amount! Second, the most disappointing part! The itenirary is not true! It supposed to come with snorkeling! But the snorkeling was based on the number votes! Basically majority wins which was not indicated in the itenirary when i purchased this tour! If i only knew that the snorkeling will base on the vote among the guest i would not buy this tour!

Victor scammers - After purchasing what we thought were tickets from viator, when we got to the attraction we were charged more then double what we thought we already paid for at viator. Be careful, viator will scam you.

we were surprised to find extra charges - A lovely experience in terms of the island and the beauty of the sea, but unfortunately, upon arrival, we were surprised to find extra charges such as dock fees and maintenance fees, which weren't insignificant. It would be better if they charged everything upfront! The food offered on the island is not good.

Nefarious.Scammers - Do not catch the activity through this page.It is much cheaper to buy the entrance at the pier directly.Because the tax and the other price will charge you the same and on top of that they will tell you that nl the snorkeling activity is done as a precaution for winds when there are excess people really.
