Fun day but did not match the description - this was a great experience for just the two of us, however the sailboat pictured was nothing like the one we got. Also the description didn’t necessarily match, we were lead to believe it was a whole day on the boat and instead were shuttled to different locations. Alex, the captain and crew were exceptionally nice and very accommodating, they made sure we had all we needed for a great time aboard and were very educated on the local reef. The photographer did a wonderful job making sure to capture all the great moments. Incredible day!

Catamaran Experience - Our experience on the catamaran was so fun! We got to enjoy snorkeling, exploring Isla Mujeres, and beautiful views off the boat. A once in a lifetime experience!

Overall as a very comfortable family. - The service inside the catamaran is perfect. The guys very friendly and attentive. Overall, very nice. In the water activity, they have very good treatment for those who cannot swim. I would recommend them.

Mediocre - The catamaran itself was fine, but snorkling disappointing, the site was full of other tourists. This operator essentially drags you on a life preserver even if you know how to swim.
Do not add the food option. The food is disgusting and inedible.
This operator asks you for reviews while on the boat and watches you as you write it. I deleted my review that they watched me write- this is an honest review.
