Great experience, highly recommend - We wanted a higher-end ferry experience and this tour operations did a terrific job. The pickup and drop-off port experiences were very easy to navigate with plenty of uniformed staff available to help. The boat ride was quite pleasant. We sat on the top deck at the bow of the boat and the views were magnificent. We bought round-trip tickets and the boats leave from both endpoints on the hour. We used uber to get to and from the Cancun side. Highly recommend

Worth it!!! - The Xcaret ferry experience was smooth, well-organized, and super enjoyable. From the moment we boarded, everything felt easy and professional. The boat was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the ride. The views during the trip were beautiful, and the whole process — from ticketing to boarding — was efficient. I really appreciated how punctual and well-managed everything was. It made the journey feel relaxing and fun. Whether you’re heading to Isla Mujeres or any of the Xcaret parks, I highly recommend taking the ferry. It’s a great way to travel while enjoying the scenery and starting your adventure on the right foot.

Excellent family experience - The ferry is super new, super spacious, very clean... there are sections upstairs, downstairs, with air conditioning and outdoors. Super punctual with hourly departures from 9 am to 7 pm from Cancun

Ok way to get to Isla Mujeres - Figuring out their schedule is a bit tricky—definitely seems to change depending on who you talk to. Plan ahead, especially for your return at the end of the day. But overall a comfy and convenient way to get to Isla Mujeres. They won’t let you in the indoor A/C part if you have sand on your feet, but they don’t tell you that and don’t have a foot bath or anything you can use to help with that. So if boat is crowded, you may end up standing in the outside area.
