Beautiful Island and nice guides - Snorkeling was quick, with choppy water so the visibility wasn't the best. Boat ride was smooth with good music and a fun vibe. Buffet on the island was decent and the beach was beautiful. Rolando was very attentive and helpful. He even spent time showing me how to use some functions of my Gopro that I had never really looked into.

Excellent experience - Very, very good. Roberto the musician, plays saxophone and trombone, live, very good party on board. The snorkeling tour very careful, safe and tidy, the lunch buffet was very good too, all drinks on board included as well. All crew very cool, always willing to help. 100% recommended, sure you will have a good time.

Not to lose! Super recommended! - I loved this activity, especially for the conveniences of the boat and the sympathy of the entire crew! So I highly recommend it. I booked directly on the website and the entire booking process and before the tour was simple and fast. The assistance was always great! The boat has plenty of space and allows everyone to go well accommodated. All staff, from the Port to the Boat is always very helpful. On the boat, the captain and the crew are always very friendly. A special thanks to Jesus, Roland and Ulises! The first stop on North Island shows the beautiful scenery and the wonderful sea. The buffet-style lunch was in a very nice place and with tasty food and in quantity. I highly recommend this tour! When I return, I will do more tours with Contoy Adventures, namely the island of Contoy!

Beautiful Trip To A Beautiful Island - It was a fantastic experience! My husband and I got picked up from our resort to the dock where we boarded the catamaran with the rest of the people. They had some breakfast options, and the toilets there were pretty clean. The catamaran ride was super fun with the whole crew in party mode serving drinks and dancing around. We were given a chance to snorkel in the ocean while the rest of the people stayed on the boat. Proceeding to the island, it was a breathtaking sight! We had a decent lunch buffet and more drinks upon reaching the location, and were given the option to either take a private cab ride around the island, or go for a small photography session with the sharks, or just explore the island. We ended up paying for the private cab and it turned out to be really fun! The driver took us around to some great spots and gave us time to wander around. We then ended up with the rest of the group at a point and had a couple more hours to explore around, went to a local restaurant and had a nice time there. We visited some local souvenirs shops and got a few things as memorabilia. We came back to Cancun in the evening while the sun set in the horizon. Overall would 100% recommend!

Most beautiful turquoise calm beach area! - We did enjoy Isla Mujeres - the North beach area is gorgeous, calm, and shallow enough for our 6 year old to go way out and have fun in the subtle waves. We needed a taxi to get there after the catamaran ride to the island. The beach was worth it tho!

Great excursion but not suited for kids under 12. - Booked through xpotours . Pick up at hotel was on time. The drive was approx 45 minutes to the location, was somewhat bumpy. We purchased an excursion for our family of 5 (2a , 3 kids under 12). Staff was friendly. The boat ride was great , my youngest got sea sick but made it all the way. Unfortunately the snorkeling was for 12 and over up to 60 . The swimming is quite intense and fast paced. Our 10 year old I don't think would of been able to do it. You do have a floatation device but do expect to follow the crew member. The fish and statues are nice but would if preferred a slower pace to enjoy the snorkeling. We rembarked the boat and made it to the island had lunch and had 15 minutes to check out their beach. We rembarked the boat to a different part of the island to get souvenirscand check out their main beach , I think we only had 2 hours of free time. The beach was nice and water was perfect for kids to swim. The shops are expensive, expect to haggle down to half and go from there. The party boat was much faster on the way back and entertaining. We started the excursion at 11am pick and got back at approx. 8 pm. It was fun but I think I would pick a different excursion with younger kids .

We spent four hours in a... - We spent four hours in a bus to and from the marina taking and dropping off others. This would be okay only if we didn’t have to pass our resort on the way! The food for lunch was subpar.

Tour cancelled itself day without warning - Terrible service! We booked a pick-up tour in Playa del Carmen scheduled at 9.30. The same day we had to call the agency and they told us that the tour was cancelled and no one had notified us.
