Amazing - Apply sunscreen 2 times everything was top notch. Recommend highly. Definitely buy a photo as this is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Group of 8! GREAT TIME - Cristelle and the guys on board were amazing. Drinks and snacks were flowing the whole time. Good pictures. Nice small clean boat and smaller group than the larger catamarans. Was a great day for our group! The beach club was clean and no one hassled us for buying cheap junk. Bathrooms clean. Walk right out to get a golf cart for the day.

Some tips before you go :) - very fun, the staff are amazing. very attentive and entertaining. whilst on the island i recommend the golf carts. walk further down from the main beaches and the price per hour is basically half we paid £27 for the whole hour the ones at the front charge £60 so definitely walk around and negotiate before settling, you get 3 hours free time to explore the island after the snorkel and swim time. they take you to eat at a buffet beach club. eat fast and get as much time exploring as you can there’s loads of photo opportunities and things to try. the carts allowed us to explore so after the hour we gave it back we knew exactly where we wanted to go as we scoped them out whilst driving. me and my partner loved it, was an amazing day trip even if you don’t want to snorkel just the boat ride and island as a day out is unmissable!

Excellent excursion - Excellent excursion, with our package we were picked up at our hotel and taken to the dock where you check in and wait to board the boat. The boat isn't overcrowded and is a nice gentle cruise, the staff on board look after you from the minute you get on, constantly ensuring you have a drink and looked after. You sail out to a swim spot where you are supplied with snorkeling equipment and if you dont want to do the swim then simply stay on board and enjoy the relaxation while others swim. The Boat drops you off and you follow your guide to where the boat has went and dropped anchor waiting or you. Back on board you set sail for the island Isla Mujeres where you dock and go for lunch and drinks, the food was excellent, there something to suite everyone, you get 90min of inclusive food and drink which is more than enough time before enjoying your free time on the island. Take towels and plenty of sun screen you'll need it! The island it's self is a bit of a tourist trap, where every shop keeper wants you in their shop to sell you the same stuff as every other shop and also try to get you to hire a golf buggie to explore the island, we simply went a walk around and then relaxed on the beach. Back on board you once again set sail back over to Cancun and again the staff on board ensure that's there never a time when you dont have a drink in your hand before arriving back on land. Your then driven back to your hotel, what a day! I would highly recommend this excursion.

Great Day! - Very well organized and terrific staff. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, even though the weather was very rainy and cloudy. The snorkeling was rushed and a little stressful because of having to stay in a tight group.

Awesome staff - Everyone was amazing especially Ranu, he was very attentive and made the excursion very hospitable. I was never concerned about safety while snorkeling, it was my first time swimming in the open ocean which he made very calming. Will certainly do again. Thanks much!

Isla de las mujeres was disappointing - The catamaran crew were friendly and did their best to make the trip enjoyable, but overall the experience was underwhelming. The snorkeling stop at Bahía Mujeres was very short and there wasn’t much to see underwater. The beach club stop was disappointing — about 90 minutes in a hut with a very limited buffet, and for vegetarians there was little more than salad. It would also have been nice to receive some information or context about Isla Mujeres before the visit, as most people didn’t know what to expect. Drinks on board were basic, and while the atmosphere was pleasant, the overall organisation could be improved. Nice people on the boat, but not quite worth the price or time

Bad food. Dirty bathroom - The Catamarca and its excellent staff. Good music. Good service. The bad thing is the club beach. Poor quality food dirty the place There was no water in the bathroom Stretchers for poor quality rest. Awkward. Dirty. Few. You always have to pay for everything The only good thing about the boat people. The rest can get better. I don't recommend it.

Misleading - A bit disappointed with the experience as it was not as advertised. No mimosa on arrival and itinerary not as advertised. Basically motor to snorkeling, then after, boat to buffet and left Advertised as 0-99 years, but at 80 refused to be allowed to snorkel despite no medical issues, made to wear life jacket and flippers, and nothing stipulated about age for snorkeling plus have travel Insurance!! Very disappointing having travelled from New Zealand for this experience. On a positive, service was fantastic.

Thumbs down 👎 - Island so polluted I could hardly breathe.. no time to relax or explore..hard sell in shop we got dropped off at.. no time to sit and enjoy food. The catamaran was good and crew amazing just highly let down by the island, not as shown in promo videos or pictures,if you have any kind of lung disease (major or minor) DO NOT GO
