Isla Mujeres - Free time on the Island. You can walk around the center, tour the island, go to the beach or whatever you want.

Had a great day out!... - Had a great day out! Snorkelling was great and we were well looked after.
Voyage home was a party! The staff and fellow travellers had a hoot!

Very relaxed and fun experience! - We had an incredible time on this excursion! The service was amazing. The staff was very fast to check for more drinks, update us on the activities, and make sure we were comfortable. The music on the boat was great. They played a wide variety, older music for some of the older guests, newer music for some of the younger guests, and a good variety of spanish and english for the different guests on board! We spent a good amount of time at each destination, allowing us to be able to do a lot in a day without it being too rushed. Miguel took beautiful pictures of each group traveling together on the boat and during the snorkeling. He was a very good photographer, even helping with posing, which is great because I’m not the best about pictures. We asked him for digital copies as well and he gave them to us for a very affordable price. I would recommend that you bring a dry change of clothes because the amount of time that you are doing dry land activities and on the boat can be very annoying in a wet swimsuit. If you are a woman with long hair that tangles easily, I would also recommend bringing a brush for after snorkeling. If you are planning on shopping on the island, it would be a good idea to bring a backpack because most of the stores do not give you a bag. Towels are not supplied, so it would make your experience a bit more comfortable if you bring your own. The food was not 5 stars, but personally, I was content with it, as the pricing for the trip was very good. Overall, amazing experience, we got to see and do a lot in one day, the staff was very kind, happy, and energetic, and we left with some beautiful pictures to cherish forever!

Had an amazing time! - This was such a fun experience!! The tour guides were very upbeat and made it a great adventure. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore more from the Cancun area.

Wonderful Experience - It was a great experience!! The guides were very excellent and my family all loved the service. The guides get into the water and guide smaller snorkeling groups to ensure that everyone is okay. Isla Mujeres is wonderful and recommended this tour!!

An Unforgettable Experience with a Fantastic Team - Juan was an excellent guide, he made sure we had fun and made our trip memorable. The crew was amazing. Lunch was fabulous, drinks were never lacking, and our trip was totally worth it. Thank you very much, I highly recommend it!

Great except playa Norte didn’t happen. - It would have been 5 stars but they did not stop at playa Norte and that was the entire reason why we booked. The staff was friendly and very attentive to all passengers. The food on the island was your normal buffet food it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. Please know to read the fine print as there is additional charges which seems to be a standard for Cancun. The additional cost was $150usd for 3 people. Overall the trip was good like mentioned before only downfall is we missed out on the entire reason why we booked. But if we had to book again we would choose these guys if they promised to take us to the beach!

Very disappointing, poor value $ - Pick up, drop off and overall and transportation were great. Once on then boat, music (not a great playlist) was blaring and the guy was yelling into the microphone. He spoke Spanish 95% of the time, then brief instructions in very hard to understand English. I was hoping for more commentary and information about the area. The mixed drinks were the worst I’ve ever had. Very weak and diluted with Fanta pop and a Sunny D type of orange beverage. Snorkel activity was great except we didn’t get snorkels, Lol (just fins and masks). Lunch was really good, beautiful beach, but unfortunately we were rushed out of there and taken to “town” which was just a street of souvenir shops. A very small overcrowded beach area where everything costs extra - chairs, drinks, snacks etc. so much for all inclusive. The ride back was similar to the ride there. Bartender went around literally pouring “shots” into peoples open mouths. Grossly unhygienic. Luckily we had an awesome sunset to end the day on a positive note. Would not recommend.

Bad communication, didnt care if we wasted our precious vacation time, at least we got our $ back - This trip was first postponed to a new day. THey let us know in a timely manner. Had we known what would happen next we should have just canceled. We texted them through viator for the status of the new scheduled day, heard nothing. We we ventured to the meeting place to see if anyone was around (taxi ride and a couple hours of time) No one there. Someone in the area said the next day weather so far looks good. The day of, we texted again asking on the status and asked if the trip is canceled again for weather or not. No reply, so we spent the time and money to actually go to the meet up location. No one there. At the time of meeting, we finally got a message it was canceled. this was mid day. totally messed up our last day of vacation could not gett anything else so late. Can not comment on the actual activity, but this should be a warning sign. We did get our refund.

Don’t booo here. Book elsewhere. - Snorkeling was cancelled because it started to rain a little. Soon after we still wasn’t able to do the snorkeling. Staff was great drink were provided. Food was HORRIBLE. Was at isla mujeres for an hour and thirty minutes. Honestly I expected a little more. I would not book here again.
