Super snorkelling - We had an amazing day snorkelling. We had a boat take us through the lagoon, similar to the jungle tour, to the snorkelling station and then we had a private tour across the reef with Angel, we saw lots of fish, sea turtles and starfish. Amazing day.

Great tour! You must go and see Guillermo at the towel booth at Intercontinetal hotel Cancun - It was an incredible and amazing experience I've ever had. All thanks to Guillermo at Aquaworld who based at the Towelboith at intercontinental hotel where I stayed. I was not going to snorkelling at first. I'm glad I did. We all get a speedboat each as a couple or family, we follow the guide all the way through the ocean and the water jungle. It was fun fun fun and very safe. Definitely great value for money. They have someone using the drone to take footage while you’re in the sea and driving this speedboat. I would do it again. Guillermo booked is 2 jetski at the hotel, we again had a great fun driving the jet ski at the back of our hotel . Fun fun fun. Thank you Guillermo for all the recommendation of the sport activities and tour. Very honest, helpful and friendly gentleman.

Great 2-in-1 - Such a fun time. This was a great 2 in 1 activity. You get your own boat! It was a long ride to the reef to snorkel and a nice long way back. Our tour guide, Josue, did a great job at communicating with us and guiding us safely.

So much fun - This adventure was so much fun. We arrived, were quickly given snorkels, flippers, life jackets and then we made our way to the speed boats. Our guide Jose explained how to operate the boats, hand signals we'd need to know and then we were off. Within 15/20 minutes of arriving we were speeding towards the reef. Driving the two seater speed boat was a lot of fun. The water got a little choppy at times but it always felt safe. When we arrived at the reef Jose docked the boats together, hooked our snorkels onto our masks and then we were jumping out of the boat. I feel like we should of had a few more minutes before getting into the reef getting used to the face mask and snorkel because I bumped into the reef a few times. After about 10 minutes we all got the hang of it and had a lot of fun. Jose led us through the reef and then after 30/45 minutes we headed back to the boats for another speed ride back to the dock. I definitely recommend this tour over other reef tours.
The tour provider took photos and a drone video of us driving the speed boats but the package was $100USD which was too much for what you got.

Could not recommend this experience more! Thank you so much!! - Transport from our resort and into the boat was super easy! Our guide Marcel was charismatic and gave clear instruction! We had a few stragglers but our guide was able to keep us all together while still showing us lots of under water sites.

Great Place For Fun On The Water! - I booked the Jungle Snorkel Tour and the Skyrider Parasailing tour with the help of Fernando and Julian at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun location. Both gentlemen were very helpful with explaining the tours and helping book them as a package deal to save money. Aquaworld was just across the street from FACC, so getting there was a short walk. The cost of the activities seemed reasonable to me. There are package deals for multiple activities that help save money. The tours themselves were awesome! The boat ride on the Jungle tour was fun and the snorkeling was great. I had never been snorkeling before and our guide showed us all how to do it. The Parasailing was the best. It was a very peaceful and serene experience. It is very quiet in the gondola. On a previous visit, I booked the Subsea tour and the Isla Majeres Tour. They were absolutely worth it! I would definitely recommend Aquaworld for things to do while in Cancun!

Amazing speedboat tour and snorkeling 😍 - I dont usually write reviews BUT I went today (24/04) and oh my what an excursion it was! Cebe was absolutely awesome and didnt rush us, he really was fab! Clear instructions in English and Spanish. I even tried snorkeling for the first time with a fear of going in the sea. Crystal blue waters with lots of fish swimming around our boats. This is a must trip! Do it! You won't regret regret it. I paid for our photo which came in a nice wooden frame for 350 pesos (£13.50) brilliant quality and clear photo. Highly recommend!

If your activity is cancelled due to adverse conditions - get a refund, don't book on something else - We arrived on a Sunday and initially booked the subseer and snorkelling for the Wednesday, but this got cancelled due to the sea being too rough which would have made the underwater view not clear. We rebooked for a day when the staff advised the weather would be better for this activity, however this got canceled again oil the morning we'd booked. So we changed to the Jungle tour without snorkelling, as were advised that again the conditions would not be right for it.
We arrived at Aquaworld at the designated time and saw that there were other groups that were doing both the speedboat tour and snorkelling, so we were somewhat annoyed.
Our jungle tour just took us around the edge of the lagoon, with views of hotels and buildings, there was a short trip through some mangroves, we saw little wildlife on the tour - there was more on our hotel grounds than on the tour.
In hindsight, I think they squeezed us in so as not to have to refund for the cancelled subseer tour so we didn't get the proper jungle tour experience. When I fed this back to the guy at the Aquaworld hut on our hotel poolside, he just shrugged - no apology for our poor experience or that fact that we were told no snorkelling yet there were others doing that, only "that's just what we can do in the short time".
