Amazing family adventure in nature - highly recommended! - A highlight of our trip to Cancun! We are a family of five with kids aged 11, 8 and 8 and it was just the right adventure for us to get out of the resort and into nature! Alfredo was our guide and we so appreciated his calm, friendly manner, good english and extensive knowledge of local birds, plants, and animals. After the tour he sent us all sorts of photos and extra ecology info - over an above the call of duty! If I could rate it higher than a 5-star, I would! If you love nature and want to find the true beauty of Cancun, book with Conexion Nativa right away! You won't regret it.

Wonderful Experience - This was hands down one of the best experiences we had in Cancun! Our guide was not only an expert at kayaking but also incredibly knowledgeable about the local wildlife. As we paddled through the beautiful mangroves and clear waters, he pointed out various bird species, fish, and even shared interesting facts about the ecosystem. His passion for nature really elevated the whole trip. Whether you’re a beginner or have kayaked before, you’ll feel safe and comfortable the entire time. The tour was well-organized, relaxing, and educational—an unforgettable way to explore Cancun from a different perspective. Highly recommended!

Great for family - We went with 2 kids 7yo and 10yo. Christian was our tour guide. It was great. He helped us a lot because we are first timer. Good value for money. No granola snack though 🤭. But this is forgivable. 😂. This trip is great even with little children and normal physical level. It is highly recommended.

Peaceful and serene - Be prepared to put a little shoulder action into moving the kayak with your paddle. You will also see great scenery and wildlife! My tour guide, Christian was great…very knowledgeable and hospitable. If anyone had trouble with their kayak, he assisted them immediately and was glad to do so.

Getting back to nature - What a lovely way to spend a couple of hours getting close to nature and away from the noise of the city. Eugene was our guide and was very knowledgeable about all the birds, fish and reptiles we saw. One of the highlights of our trip to this beautiful part of the world.

Beautiful morning in Laguna Nichupté! - Such a peaceful morning spent paddling through Laguna Nichupté! Our guide, Christian, was very knowledgeable about the plants, animals and geology of the area, and worked tirelessly to ensure we had a good time and saw lots of creatures. We saw several species of birds, plenty of fish, some stingrays and a crocodile. I recommend if you enjoy “lower octane” experiences that allow you to enjoy nature and get some great exercise!

Relaxing paddle through the lagoon - Our guide Eugenio was great. Very knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of wildlife we’d otherwise have missed. A very relaxing paddle through the lagoon and mangroves, a great way to spend a few hours on the water

Waste of time - They are not really responsible. We spent so much time getting ready, paid for a taxi, and used our valuable time for this trip, which was supposed to start at 4:00. At 4:05, I texted him, and he said the tour had been canceled due to the wind, even though it had been windy since the morning. Yet, he didn’t bother to warn us in advance. Just a waste of our time.
