10/10. Highly recommended. - An unforgettable day, the tour well organized. As for the tour was wonderful, knowing the coloradas was too impressive, as the water was not turquoise, but was pink!, the guide explained the reason why the water is that color, was extremely thorough in the explanation to understand in the best way. As for the rest it was still impressive but what stole our attention the most was the coloradas.
An unforgettable tour!. Thank you EKINOX TOURS team.
10/10.

Our trip to Mayan ruins & Rio lagartos - Ricardo was our guide. Very informative and able to answer all questions. And made the trip more interesting with his extensive knowledge. And has a obvious love of the my culture that added that extra little touch to make the trip a experience vs a tour
Definitely request him for tours next time we at our time share.

Amazing trip! - We absolutely LOVED our trip! It was one of the highlights of our holiday! From the start, the communication regarding pick up time and what we needed to bring was clear, the vehicle AC was wonderful, and our guide Noe (Noeh) was fantastic. He took great care to explain every little details at the start of our trip and gave us some wonderful history on the areas we were passing and visiting.
I would recommend this trip time and time again. Las Coloradas is beautiful, we loved boating through the mangroves and the Mexican mud body mask was great - especially washing it off at a beautiful beach afterwards! The lunch was pretty good too, I had fish and my hsuband had the chicken and both came with fries, salad, rice and a delicious mango salsa!
If you're in the area, definitely book this trip!
The only downside, and it is minor, the life jackets on the mangrove trip were not fit for purpose, the clips did not remain fastened. Luckily we didn't need them, but it was pointless wearing them!

Sisters’ Getaway - Great trip but a very long day. We loved the mud bath and the pink sand. Food was just ok. But the people were very attentive. Carlos and Jose were great tour guides.

Sisters’ Mayan Experience - Jose and Carlos were excellent tour guides. The bus was clean, spacious and comfortable. Both experiences were enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was just ok. The servers were very attentive at the restaurant. We loved the pink beach and the places to take cool pictures. The Mayan Mud bath was also fun. This is a super adventure, but be prepared for a very long day. It is five hours each way on the bus.

Great tour, uncomfortable journey - Great tour in nature. The pink lake is very pink but apparently sometimes it’s not - so be lucky! One major downside - the bus was way too small for my tour group. I was squeezed into something akin to a child seat (I’m 5’10”) with others almost sitting me. A 3.5 hour journey very uncomfortable for that. Would have rated 5 stars if not for the bus

Do not accept a direct hotel drop off - The tour was alright - the guide was very professional and engaging. It was unfortunate that they are not able to pick up at hotels but the meeting point was fine. The tour of Coloradas is a little strange - pretty pink water but it's really just a salt factory. It's just kind of odd that it's a tourist attraction at all. But pink water is a novelty and it made for some nice photos. Rio Lagartos was a great boat tour. I highly recommend bringing your swimming clothes and doing the clay 'Mayan Bath'. Unfortunately our boat guide didn't speak much english so we didn't get a chance to talk about the animals we were seeing along the way. Honestly I would have rated this much higher but unfortunately the very end of the tour ruined the entire experience. Some of us were transferred into another van to go back to the pick up point with a different driver. I got out at this point and went to order an Uber. The driver asked where I was going and when I showed him the address of the hotel he said that he could take me and to get back in. I didn't think twice about this as I've been on other tours where the pick up is central but then they drop off at hotels directly. When we arrived at the hotel he very aggressively demanded a tip. He actually made me quite nervous. No bueno.
