Puerto Aventuras, magnificent Hotel offer - We went to Puerto Aventuras, magnificent place, very quiet, with a marina and interior lagoon, we took many photos.. We stayed at the "DREAMS AVENTURA RIVIERA MAYA", excellent service very comfortable and spacious, with a magnificent view , Very close to the lagoon hotel and the marina with its shops , restaurants and swimming with dolphins, a very pleasant experience in a very cozy place with very friendly people.

Scam they do not pick up and don’t want to give you a refund - I usually never write bad reviews but this company definitely needs one. They are A SCAM, we had booked a private SUV transportation round trip and on our way back to the airport they did not show up. They said they showed up 6AM for out 3PM flight how does that even make sense. It was not a cheap ride it was almost $200 because we wanted a better experience but not worth it. We had to pay for an uber after paying for a round trip with this company. You are better off getting an uber. Do not make the same mistake and get scammed by this company.

Airport reception - The service at the airport I was disappointed independent that I knew we had to wait to have, given the service to other people who went to the same area but not to the same hotel, the wait that was more than 1 hour the care provided by the people was not adequate when they realized that we were going to request the service of a taxi was when they provided us the service of one, you have to take care of the attention to the national tourism

Not very happy - We used MTS private shuttle so our family could travel to and from the resort together and paid extra for the private service it was great from the airport to the resort but when it was time to go back to the airport the shuttle never arrived to pick us up and we had to pay an extra $116 for a taxi to take us to the airport after we got home I tried to contact MTS and they gave me their email address to get some kind of compensation and the email address comes back as not valid terrible customer service do not recommend MTS.

poor customer service and bad service - We booked and paid for a roundtrip transportation from airport to hotel through Expedia. On the day or arrival, we waited for about over an hour for our car to take us to the hotel. On the day of return, we were told we would be picked up from our hotel at 4:25pm but the car never showed up, we waited for over an hour at the hotel. Our concierge tried to help us contact MTG to no availability. So eventually because we did not want to miss our flight we had to get a taxi from our hotel to the airport. What is even more upsetting is that we have been trying to request a refund for the portion of the ride that was never provided to us and no one is accepting responsibility. We are extremely unhappy and will not use this service again especially after finding out that it would have been cheaper for us to take a taxi roundtrip than booking for a private shuttle.

AVOID RUDE MTS SCAMMERS !! - I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the abysmal level of service provided by your cab service. My recent experience with your company was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to bring to your attention the litany of issues I encountered during my ride. Firstly, the lack of punctuality displayed by your drivers is utterly unacceptable. I had pre-booked a cab well in advance, and yet, the driver arrived egregiously late. This not only inconvenienced me but also jeopardized my schedule. Punctuality is a basic expectation in the transportation industry, and your company failed miserably in this regard. Furthermore, the condition of the vehicle I was subjected to was deplorable. The interior was unkempt, and the vehicle itself seemed to be on the verge of mechanical failure. It is astonishing that your company would allow such poorly maintained cars to be in service, jeopardizing the safety and comfort of your customers. To compound matters, the driver exhibited a complete lack of professionalism. Their behavior was rude and unprofessional, creating an uncomfortable and unpleasant atmosphere throughout the journey. A courteous and respectful demeanor should be non-negotiable for anyone in the service industry. Moreover, the exorbitant fare charged for such substandard service is utterly unjustifiable. I expected a certain level of quality given the amount I paid, but the reality fell far short of even basic standards. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is not only disappointing but also reflects poorly on your company's commitment to providing a reliable service. In conclusion, my recent experience with your cab service has been nothing short of a disaster. The tardiness, the appalling condition of the vehicle, the unprofessional conduct of the driver, and the exorbitant fare have left me with an overwhelmingly negative impression. I sincerely hope that you address these issues promptly to salvage the reputation of your company. I trust that immediate action will be taken to rectify these concerns and that such instances will not be repeated in the future. I eagerly await your response and an assurance that steps will be taken to improve the quality of service your company provides.
