On the day of your arrival, we will be tracking your flight throughout the day. If there are any changes and you arrive on a different flight at a different time, please contact us using the phone number on your voucher to provide the new flight details. We will adjust your arrival time and reschedule your vehicle accordingly.

Upon arriving at Cancun airport, you will first go through immigration, followed by the baggage claim area where you will wait for your luggage. After collecting your luggage, proceed to customs. The customs process can take anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes, depending on the number of people ahead of you and whether your luggage is selected for inspection. The entire arrival process, including immigration, baggage claim, and customs, can be lengthy. PLEASE DON’T WORRY, our representatives are aware of this and will wait for you as long as necessary.

Once you have cleared customs, proceed to walk OUTSIDE your arrival terminal. — REMEMBER ALL THE WAY OUTSIDE – there you will find our airport representative holding a BIG SIGN WITH OUR LOGO (see top). Once you locate our representative, identify yourself and, if needed, show your receipt or the confirmation email you received from us. They will then take you to your vehicle, which will transport you to your hotel. If you have booked a ROUND TRIP SERVICE, our airport representative will provide a voucher with departure instructions, including pick-up times and local contact numbers for any changes.
