Positive Experience, Good Company - I arranged transport for my family of 6 from the Cancun airport to our hotel and then back again at the end of our stay. I felt nervous because our arrival was very late (midnight), but MTS was waiting for us, no problems at all. To return us the airport after our trip, they arrived right on time at the resort and got us there safely. Highly recommend MTS for their reliability (and kind drivers). Would definitely use them again and will even consider some of their other services next time. Great communication to confirm pick up/drop off details, by the way.

Very disappointing service - I booked a private meet and greet to pickup up from the airport and than drop back off at the hotel after my trip. I confirmed this via email the day before.
When I landed I was told my private car was about an hour away. Even though I paid for Private, I was told to get on the shuttle and I can still be dropped off. The organizer made a note on his iPad of this change. When I was dropped off I cancelled my return private drop off back to the airport. MTS told Expedia I was a no show for the private booking and they’re charging me the full amount. Even though they emailed me 3 customer surveys after asking for my experience.
Because now MTS won’t answer Expedia I have to pay almost 3 times the price. This was a total scam and I will never ever use this company or recommend it.

Do Not Use This Company - My husband and I had prebooked a airport/resort transfer. When we arrived at the airport I saw the Nexus reps. They were unresponsive to me when I produced the transfer papers. We were escorted to the end of the terminal away from everyone else leaving the airport. After two more tries at getting a response and about an hour later I was told by an airport staff ( not ) that our transfer left without us because they couldn’t find us. Ridiculous, I saw the same two reps enter an empty shuttle and drive away. It was a scam and they were all in it together. The only option was to get a taxi. The airport staff hailed us a taxi $350 US to get us to our resort where we would be reimbursed. The driver took us to another terminal for payment which was now $500US. True story!
Our cards didn’t work in the big guy ‘s machine. The only alternative for him was $350 US cash ( small bills for tips)
Never again. No response, ever. Scary and nasty experience.

Terrible excursion and airport transfer! - The worst experience with this company. We were told pick up was at 10:40 to go to the airport. At 11:15, no one was there still to pick us up. The representative from the company kept saying the driver should be there any minute and he supposedly was texting with his driver but the driver never showed. We ultimately had to take a taxi tot the airport.
This was not the first bad experience. The day before we booked a 1/2 day excursion to Tulum. Pick up was at 8:20 and we were to be back at the hotel by 12 or 1. It was the “Tulum Express trip”
We got picked up at 8:20 and did not get to Tulum until 12:00! They kept saying one more stop.. one more stop.
Then we didn’t get back to hotel until 3:45! And since it was a 1] day there was no lunch. Which is no problem if we had gotten back to Hotel on time. Additionally they did not tell us we couldn’t take plastic water bottles into the park. You can only take aluminum. So we had no water while walking around!
Awful experiences and would NOT recommend this company for anything!

Awful, both times wrong, non accommodating - Brutal. Please avoid.
They were 2 hours late to pick up at the airport. They were not able to give us an ETA, just 20 mins away, every time we asked... so we were too nervous to leave... so no food, water or bathroom for 2 hours with 2 kids under 6 and my parents in their 70s. Plus there are no benches in the shuttle area to sit... We i called customer service to get help, no apology but rather blamed me.
Plus they had 4 vans empty at the airport just chilling...
then traveling back to the airport they arrived 1 hour earlier than the agreed time. We would have missed our ride if it hadn't been for the hotel staff... so we missed our lunch :(
We spoke to a representative at the hotel to switch from private shuttle to group shuttle and he just flat out told us no, unless we wanted to pay the new rate of $200 usd... which is what we paid for the private (which I did not book through barcelo hotel website)
Awful experience. Do not recommend. Last time we were in cancun, we got a shuttle that was on time, fun, and handed us a beer when we were buckled in.

We have been late for a flight because of this company. According to our hotel representatives they are understaffed - We have been late to our flight because of this company before and it looks like it will happen again today. Our flight was pushed back by 40 minutes but MTS said they don’t have availability. Please be safe and don’t use them. They don’t want to understand!!!!!!!

A Terrible Experience with poor customer support - Hello, originally when I made my reservation for a shuttle, with Expedia, to transport us to our hotel it was not with a A week before our departure to Mexico I was contacted by Anthony and he sold me on an upgrade for a private car, that he told me would meet us at the airport so that we would only have to wait 10 minutes for our ride and we would have a direct transport to our hotel. As it happened, when we arrived at the pick up point outside of the airport, we found the Speedy representative who told us it would be 5 minutes. 90 minutes later we were still waiting. Others took a shuttle while we stood there. Finally, after many conversations with you representatives and my wife losing her temper with them, they suddenly found a car, which was a shuttle, who took us directly to the hotel. I expect a FULL refund for this “private car”, as what you promised did not happen.

DO NOT BOOK - Terrible! I booked through Expedia for roundtrip and couldn’t even locate them when I arrived to the airport. The representatives were very unpleasant and was told the wait for transportation would be 45-90 minutes. I would never book with this company again. I have booked with Amstar previously and never had an issue with ground transportation. The max wait time is about 15 minutes - for the price we paid for Mexico Travel Solutions we received in private taxi service which is what I had to book as a result.
They were unable to refund any money although the services weren’t utilized. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM - choose Amstar or better yet wait until you get to the airport to book a private taxi service. You do not get a better deal ahead of time no matter what they say! And it’s safe to also get a taxi while at the airport so don’t let them scare you!

Don't use them - Please avoid at all cost unless you like wasting your money. Awful customer service. We will NEVER use them again. We requested a refund since we only used them for pick up and they could not accommodate. So we lost our money for only half the service.
