The group size is capped at 10 to ensure a personalized experience. After a brief five-minute boat ride, reach the first destination: a well-preserved coral reef teeming with fish and marine life. With calm, warm waters that are only 8-12 feet (2.5-3.5 meters) deep, this snorkeling site is ideal for all skill levels.

Great experience - My husband and I went snorkeling for my birthday and it was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we had an amazing time overall. We even got to see three turtles!

Great snorkel experience! - Great experience! Would reccomend, lots of fish and local knowledge! Myself and girlfriend did this trip, it was well instructed and plenty time in the water snorkelling at multiple hotspots!

Would 100% do again! - What an amazing day!! The snorkeling was so cool - I absolutely loved being able to see the shipwreck and some underwater statues.
Daisy and Emelio were incredible. My daughter was a little scared, but he was so patient and was able to get her to jump in. She absolutely loved it.

Fun - Beautiful ocean wildlife. Choppy water so be ready to swim hard from time to time. Awesome staff. I was super tired afterwards, but definitely a core memory. If you have experience snorkeling you’ll do just fine. If you’re new to snorkeling it’s still a great time, just be ready to drink some salt water haha

Great for families - Very professional and well-organized. We were 8 people including my older mom and three kids (6,7,11). Chuy was our guide and he did a wonderful job meeting everyone’s needs and making sure we all had fun. The transport to and from the hotel was air-conditioned and very comfortable. The bathrooms at the dock were nice and even had a shower. I wouldn’t recommend necessarily bringing a towel for each person as you return mostly dry. There is a place on the boat for your stuff that will stay dry so no need for a locker.

Amazing fun experience - Really enjoyed the trip! Captain Emilio was entertaining, really set the tone for a great experience. Pineapple (Carlos) was great explaining everything and making sure all our equipment was right and that we were comfy. He was a great guide, and expert turtle spotter too!
The area is incredible, so much to see, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great experience - This was our first experience with snorkeling and we loved it! Daisy (our guide) and Captain Juan made sure we had the best experience possible. Daisy was very reassuring and helpful, and gave us suggestions throughout the trip to help us snorkel better. If you don’t want to dive below the surface, everything could be seen quite well from the surface of the water. They were able to provide a mask with corrective lenses since it isn’t possible to wear glasses with the mask.
Do be aware that the time you choose is the time you start snorkeling, so pickup from the hotel will be about an hour earlier. We were picked up right on time and the transportation was very convenient.
We spent about two hours on the boat and snorkeling, and about four hours total including transportation to and from the excursion. I loved that the excursion took only part of the day, leaving us lots of time left to relax at our hotel. (We went to Chichén Itzá the day before and that was quite long, so we wanted a shorter day.)
I would recommend a rash guard or swim shirt for the later tours, since you shouldn’t wear sunscreen in the water to protect the corals.
I think this is such a great tour, especially for beginning and intermediate snorkelers. (I think someone very experienced or advanced might want something longer and more difficult, but it was PERFECT for us.) It was amazing to get to see the ocean life up close and I loved getting to experience this part of Cancún!

Don’t wait, book them! - Me and my husband went here on our honeymoon for our first ever experience snorkeling. It was amazing. Chuy, our tour guide, was the BEST as well as the rest of the crew. So much fun! If you are new to snorkeling this is the one to book. They take you to the perfect spots to see corals, under water sculptures, turtles, and more. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Transport was also included and they made it so easy to get there safely.

Beautiful clear water and attentive guides - This was the best snorkeling experience we’ve found so far. Beautiful clear water, knowledgeable guide, safety conscious as well. They had us test our snorkeling gear before leaving on the boat. I really appreciated the guide bringing the extra floating ring for people to hang onto if they get tired.
We saw four turtles, a beautiful coral reef with lots of colorful fish, some underwater statues, an cenote, and a shipwreck. We were even able to dive and touch the seafood.
Bring lots of sunscreen!

Beautiful Turtles and Marine Life - The water was incredibly clear and the wild life did not disappoint! We saw turtles, barracudas, and all types of colorful fish. The staff was really friendly and it was good for all ages, including younger children. However, the boat situation would not be ideal for those who are prone to sea sickness.
