Great attraction - It was a lovely evening: lots of music, joy and involvement in the show conducted and managed in a masterful way. Songs from various musical eras mixed with reproductions of great voices from the world of stars. You can enjoy the show from every point of the immense venue, and it’s easy to get involved.

Very Crowded, fun but can be overwhelming - The show is very cool and has lots of variety. It’s extremely hot inside so if you’re sensitive to heat or don’t like being bumped into, this is not for you. They use high pressure sales tactics for the tables & bottle service. Be stern if you’re not interested in that.
It is one hell of a party! If you want to rage, definitely check it out!

The basic tier may have... - The basic tier may have disadvantages. Very crowded on the floor, no bottle services , no food and no seating.

Coco Bongo was fun at first - ⸻
. I got three free shots, they brought me on stage for my birthday, I danced with some of the performers—it was definitely a vibe. I was genuinely having a great time.
But as soon as the show ended, the energy shifted—and not in a good way.
I have a medical condition (motion sickness), and after just a few drinks, I started feeling extremely off. I’ve been in Cancun for six days, went out every night, drank way more on other nights, and never had a problem. This night was different. I started vomiting and fell—multiple times.
To be fair, staff helped me the first 3 or 4 times I fell, but no one ever asked if I was okay or had a medical condition. They just assumed I was drunk and wanted me out of the way. I’m a heavier person, and the outdoor floor was wet and slippery, so even when they tried to pick me up, I’d fall again. They eventually just stopped helping me altogether.
No one offered medical help, no one offered to call an ambulance, no one called police or asked if I needed anything. I later found out I had a broken wrist—but in the moment, I didn’t know. And the way they kept pulling me up probably made it worse.
What makes it even worse is that I later realized I was missing both of my debit cards, my second phone, my passport card, and my driver’s license—all of which were in my bag. One of the cards was even attempted to be used. Nothing about it made sense. I went back to Coco Bongo hours later, completely sober, still slipping on the floor.
And what really stuck with me? One of the employees literally walked past me while I was covered in vomit, looked at me with his shirt pulled over his nose, and didn’t say a word. Not “are you okay,” not “do you need help”—just walked away like I was a problem, not a person.
The most consistent part of Coco Bongo’s reviews—if you look anywhere online or on YouTube—is that security is rude and unhelpful. That’s not a one-time thing. That’s a pattern. Yeah, the show’s funny and wild and entertaining. But if something happens to you? They will not help you.
So: I had fun. I’m grateful for the free shots and the birthday stage moment.
But there’s no excuse for the level of neglect I experienced once I needed actual help.
If you go, be careful. Watch your drinks. Stay with friends. Don’t expect security to protect you—because if something goes wrong, you’ll be on your own

Con-co Bongo - We arrived at 9 and were made to stand outside for an hour where I was inappropriately touched by staff. Being that we were in a country who already treated us poorly but we were already at the location and unable to leave due to the tour, he made sure I was ALWAYS within his bubble so no one could touch me again. We were charged $160 per couple for regular tickets but advised in order to have a seat for the 4 hour show, we would have to pay an additional $65pp. After doing so, we were offered cold hot dogs, hamburgers, and gasoline for drinks. When asked for Patron or Don Julio, were advised it was a $65 pp charge for the premium liquor package and we were not allowed to purchase drinks individually. The performance lasted about an hour with the rest of the 3 hours spent highlighting party goers instead of what we paid to see. They also try to force you to take pictures with some of the talent and want to charge you $100 for them whether you request them or not. We also noticed that if you do not buy a seat, they have staff to come around and force you to stand up. Be forewarned, the show is nice, but no where near worth the USD they are charging. If you MUST book, do it through this site or their direct site and NEVER UPGRADE AT THE LOCATION!

Staff harassment - ***Overrated.***
We bought general admission. And the harassment from the staff was so intense that they have a whistle and whistle in your ear to make you move forward, but it's so crowded that you can't move and they insist that you move until they make you buy the VIP ticket. Then it's an odyssey to go down to the restrooms or get your drink at the open bar.
The staff pushes you, shouts in your ear, and a reckless person starts sweeping the floor so wide there's no room for another soul.
The show is so-so.
If you're looking to see a show, you have more options than Coco Bongo in Cancun.
Not recommended.
Cocobongo in Punta Cana is better, the people are friendlier and they don't harass you.

Don't bother - Terribly bad for hypersensitive people to noise, crowds and general anxiety in places, appeared oversold. Came and left in like 20 minutes. Did not know where to stand, it was a struggle to exit as the exit was blocked by a wall of people and there were tables everywhere. Upselling to us as soon as we got in (only 120usd for a table wow, we had already payed 110 usd just for entrance). Save your money really.

I really don't recommend this activity so much go to a nightclub lambda people they go because the name is - We paid more than 100 € per person. We took the premium option. Despite this they made us wait 40 or even 50 minutes outside without answer without just telling us to put ourselves in a line. We arrived in the nightclub, waitresses came every two minutes for us to pay extras. We are all glued inside.

Terrible, buy tickets at coco bongo- they are same price - Do NOT buy tickets off of here. We waited around for 2 hours, missed the start of the show.. they wanted us to pay more but I stood my ground. They said these tickets were REGULAR tickets even tho this app said they were VIP skip the line, so basically a SCAM.
