Snorkeling in Cancun, just as advertised - The trip was just as advertised. I like the fact that there were only 10 people on the boat, the equipment was in good shape, the staff was super friendly, and the check-in process was efficient. They were able to pick us up from the hotel, which made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. We saw lots of fish, sea turtles, and a giant eagle Ray.

Snorkeling to see the cenote, underwater museum sea turtles, reef and shipwreck - It was just beautiful. Everything they said we would see, we did. I saw beautiful fish sea turtles and gorgeous reef and cenote. For me I found the sea very rough and I have motion sickness. I ended up vomiting and was mortified!! However my guide Deisy was just wonderful! Very caring and went down to the sea floor and gave me two tiny shells because I was unable to view one of the sites. The captain Juan was also helpful, so even though I got sick this was a top notch tour! 5 stars! 10 stars for Deisy!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great trip, perfect length the sea turtles were beautiful - Daisy was amazing! She took great care of her group. The group will be roughly 7-10 people max and all 5 spots were great and unique! Get the photo package, they send a photographer with your group and the videos and photos they take of you are totally worth it and really capture you enjoying the trip! The equipment is great also! The sea turtles were the highlight!

Excellent snorkeling tour! - Absolutely amazing. The tour, guided by Deisy, was awesome. Her crew took us to five beautiful spots where we saw crystal clear waters, schools of fish, turtles and lobsters up close. Snorkeling equipment was provided on site and they took the time to ensure everything fit and worked well.

Worth every penny - It is a perfect excursion for snorkeling since it wasn't an all day event. The crew were amazing and very attentive.

Nice safe snorkeling experience! - We have been in several tours like this in Cancun over the past 20 years. Two of the 5 stops had “the best fish we have ever seen.” We were on a small boat with one other family, total of 8. Not a lot of general instruction, but if you were having trouble, the guides helped you individually. This tour company is not as polished as others. Dock is pretty sparse with limited food and drink. Restrooms/showers were clean and nice. Transportation to and from the hotel was nice. We had a van with just the 3 of us. That may change with demand.

Great Excursion - We booked the 5 in 1 Cancun Snorkeling excursion while staying in the Hotel Zone and overall had a really good experience. Transportation was smooth. We were picked up directly from our resort and the drive was less than 25 minutes from the Hotel Zone, which made it super convenient. Once we arrived, we signed waivers and paid a $20 per person dock fee. Just something to be aware of so you can plan ahead. They provided snorkel gear and fins, and the staff helped get everyone situated before heading out on the boat. Once on the water, the tour guide let us know that the cenote stop would not be included because the water was too cloudy that day. That was a bit of a disappointment since it is part of the advertised experience. However, they were upfront about it and focused on making the rest of the tour worthwhile. We were still able to: • Snorkel near the shipwrecks • Explore the coral reefs • See a large sea turtle up close which was definitely a highlight The guide also took great photos and videos throughout the tour. The digital package was an additional $60, but the quality was solid and it was nice not having to worry about bringing our own camera in the water. Overall, it was a fun and well organized excursion. Even with the cenote portion canceled, we still had a great time and would recommend it to anyone visiting Cancun who wants a quick snorkeling adventure close to the Hotel Zone.

Great staff, not for kids. - The staff were very sweet and helpful, but I did not feel safe. This is absolutely not for kids. There was one person in the water taking photos and the other kept swimming way ahead of us, almost out of site. We had to work hard to keep up, taking away from enjoying snorkeling. The boat ride was a joke. The poor staff was getting absolutely drenched between sites as were the passengers. It was a little dinky boat with no coverage. I also wish they would have told us we couldn’t wear sunscreen beforehand. They also cancelled the day prior about an hour before, siting they were closed when we booked with them online. The reef was beautiful and we enjoyed all the fish we saw. We also saw a GIANT sting ray which we were not expecting. It was so cool!
