Hot and average - It was hot and expensive. It lasted a bit over an hour, and it was pretty crowded. There were English and Spanish tours. The staff was nice but took a while to explain multiple things. Overall, it was cool but very very humid.

In Tulum we light you 🙀🤖👺 - To say first that the site itself is wonderful and perfectly highlighted. It’s elsewhere that it goes wrong. To visit the Mayan ruins of Tulum it is better to keep an eye on the rates offered by the myriad of reception agents who will smoke you on the services (guide, parking, museum, electric buses etc.). Assessment: a guided tour of one hour (trotting) for two pays 130€. The same price as the two miserable plates taken before going out (1 nauseating ceviche and chicken fajitas cooked since the Paris Olympics (130€🏹). 200 pesos commission on credit card. In short martingale is EVERYTHING checker before consuming otherwise you are cooked. The problem is that it ruins your visit when the site is absolutely sublime.

I don’t know how it was, didn’t get to experience it. - Tour guide never showed up. Had a hard time getting ahold of tour guide. Used chat on Viator app to try to communicate, never received a response. When hotel staff finally helped us get a hold of the tour guide, the tour guide said “we waited for you and you never showed up.” Without even attempting to call to see where we’re at.

Changed the pick up location - The tour operator changed our pick up location the night before our tour. I called customer service to cancel the tour because booking confirmation states point of pick up is Amara beachfront condo.
