Jackie is the best! - This tour was an amazing experience. The ruins were beautiful, and Jackie was a kind, entertaining, and knowledgeable tour guide. Also, the cenote was very remote and almost entirely to ourselves. I would highly recommend!

Life of the Maya - Many thanks to Claire for showing us the archaeological site of Tulum and for living her passion by telling us about the life of the Mayans. Discover also a cenote, curiosity of nature. Then go to the Coba site where the different ethnic groups of Maya built their territory.

Tulum Ruins and cenote swim day trip - It was a great day trip. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. He allowed us adequate time to sightsee and take pictures. Explained everything very well. The only thing i would have liked to be reminded in tour communication that No disposable water bottles allowed in ruins. Only refillable bottles. Bring Hat and good walking shoes. Great time!

Tulum Cenote Trip - I understand it was an all day excursion but about 3.5 hours of the days was spent picking up people and taking them back to their hotels. There should be better consolidation to cut this time down. Furthermore, the driver blasted the radio the whole time. I’m hearing impaired and I know if it was annoying to me it was annoying to the other rider.

The guide makes the difference. - The sites/sights are beautiful and ancient ruins speak for themselves. Go see them. Our guide was not thorough in is explanation of expectations and directions. Six of the eight tourists were completely lost on what to do based on the poor explanations of the guide. One guy got lost and we had to meet him at the exit. The guide did not allow for time to tour the handy crafts and we seemed to get picked up on the side of the road verses the safe designated van and bus area. He had an aggressive verbal exchange with the bus Van lot attendants and then we walked out to the busy road where our driver found us.

Waste of time !!!!! - The description of the trip on Viator should be what it is in real life. Why am I going to playa del Carmen to shop for two hours and only being given 25 min of free time at the tulum ruins . Ridiculous… was told 8 hours and it turns into 12.. insane I always have a problem with Viator !!!!!!

Disappointed - Our trip was cancelled by the tour provider, Cancun Experience, with very short notice. We had no opportunity to arrange a different tour. The reason provided was the tour guide had a family emergency. It may have had more to do with not selling enough tickets. Very disappointing. Choose a different tour provider to avoid a similar disappointment.
