Tulum cenote and Playa Del Carmen - We only had 2 hours to go to Playa Del Carmen which was a fear course but everything else was great!! Fair when it's not too cold though!

Amazing 12h+ Tour – Highly Recommended! - We had an amazing 12h+ tour from Cancun to the Tulum ruins, a cenote, and Playa del Carmen. The service was excellent and the guides were outstanding. Freddy and Briseo made the whole experience incredibly friendly, fun, and informative. They explained everything clearly and made sure everyone felt included. On site, the groups were well organized and divided by language (English, Spanish and Portuguese), which worked perfectly. A special mention goes to the driver Gaspar— we honestly still don’t know how he managed to navigate a full-size tour bus through the jungle roads 🤣. He was always on time, drove very smoothly and made the entire journey feel relaxed and safe. We also appreciated having free time at each stop to explore on our own. We absolutely loved it. It’s important to note that the entrance fees for the Tulum ruins are not included in the price and are about USD 40 per person extra. It’s written in the excluded fees, so read properly if you don’t want to be surprised. However, it is 100% worth it. When we arrived at the ruins the waiting line at the entrance was already around 2 hours long and when we left it was even longer. Thanks to the guided tour we skipped the entire line and went straight in — a huge plus. From start to finish, the tour was fun, well organized and very informative. Whoop whoop! 🙌

Beautiful excursion - Beautiful hike to Tulum. Always impeccable organization. Compared to Chichen Itza less good buffet but of great impact 'in the forest between two cenotes. Very good guide Carlos Flota. Prepared and available. Certainly adds value

View from the lighthouse - Interesting history of Mayan civilization. Be sure to use the shuttle service unless you don’t have a problem with heat and heights. We got lost on the way back in Tulum and had to backtrack so we were more tired than we might have been otherwise.

Use other options to see Tulum - The trip was below average; Tulum has a lot to offer in terms of history and how the Myans lived, worked etc but we was rushed around due to poor time management of the operator with poor / little communication. Cenote.. 1.5 hours to swim in a small Cenote with the other option being a buffet you would complain about in your hotel is a bit of a joke.
