For this activity, participants will complete a medical questionnaire regarding their health. Following this, a basic theory lesson and pool practice will be conducted to teach the fundamentals of scuba diving. This will be done under the guidance of an experienced and qualified instructor. Afterward, participants will board a boat to the dive sites for two tank dives: the first at MUSA Underwater Museum and the second at Manchones Reef. The return will be to the same dock from which the departure took place.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: - Individuals with asthma, heart or brain issues, high blood pressure, lung lesions, organ transplants, diabetes, epilepsy, or any surgery within the past year, CANNOT dive.
- It is important to rest for 18 - 24 hours after diving before flying.
- Bring ID, towels, a swimsuit, and any personal care items you may need.
- As the activity takes place on a boat, it is recommended to take anti-nausea pills 1 or 2 hours before boarding for optimal effectiveness.
- Participants must know how to swim for this activity.

- Keep in mind you need to rest between 18 - 24 hours after diving before take an airplane
- For this activity people must know how to swim, also consider for this activity you need to perform scuba skills in the water if you are not able to do it, you can not dive for safety reasons, there is not refund back for these reasons, as the service is provided
- As the activity is from a boat, we suggest take anti-nauseas pills, 1 or 2 hours before getting on the boat for best effects.
- Sunscreen/sunblock are not allowed for coral protection
- Children must be a minimum of 10 years old and maximum age 65 years old

Incredible experience and awesome guide! - This was an amazing experience! The instructor was fantastic, super competent, kind and funny it was a pleasure spending the morning with him. This was only my second time scuba diving and he made me feel confident and safe. The pool instruction was great and then we went on a boat with other groups to two dive sights. The experience of being underwater in the most beautiful coral reef was just indescribable. If you’re at all interested, please try this experience in particular with A’ Ha’ Scuba as they were fantastic. The photos I got were also amazing and I was in a super small group, only three of us, so it was fun bonding with the others and sharing an awesome experience. My only advice would be to take some Dramamine if you get sea sick as the sea was pretty rocky. Otherwise, don’t miss out if this is something you’ve been wanting to try, this is the perfect beginner experience! Thank you so much A’ Ha’!

Best dive for beginners - This is an amazing opportunity to touch the underwater world without any verification. Or Costa +30$ from the same certified divers trip, but covers initial session and skill verification in the pool.
I am certified divers and I brought my 13yo daughter to dive with Marin and Carolina.
Everything was 5*, including the initial training, boat, entry, tank switch, little care like mask antifog soap spray, etc.
I dove with Marin in cenotes, MUSA, and will dive more in my next time in Cancun.

Absolutely amazing - My second time diving with this company in Cancun and it was even better than the first which i didnt think possible. Seen a turtle on both dives. Worth every penny. You wont regret it.

Worth every penny! - Excellent!! Guide was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Other companies offer similar tours but the A'Ha team made all thd difference. If you're scuba diving in Cancun these are the guys you want to go with.

A Bucket List Item-MUST - Unbelievable experience! This whole thing exceeded every expectation I had. Marin and Carolina were outstanding—professional, patient, and really great at getting us prepped and confident before the dive. I’d never scuba‑dived before, so I was a mix of nervous and excited, but after going through the training in the pool, I knew I was in good hands.
Marin captured some incredible footage of our dive, and it was worth every penny. I still have people telling me how amazing it looked. If you’re on the fence about doing this, trust your gut and go for it. It’s a total thrill and something I still can’t stop thinking about—even a month later.

Great refresher dive! - Our guide went out of his way to find wildlife under rocks with a flashlight. Also a very funny presentation for the basic scuba skills. I've been diving for 40 years but haven't been for a few years so it was a great refresher. Store your stuff at the beginning of the boat trip or use a waterproof sack to keep things dry.

1st Scuba dive - Marin and Carolina were amazing. I was so nervous to dive, it was my first time. Marin made it easy from the start. He made sure the instructions were clear and that I understood. Carolina watched my belongings while we went out as I was alone.
Once in the water Marin made sure I was comfortable and ready to go. He pointed out all the coolest sea animals, and took pictures for me and of me!
When they learned I was getting a taxi to the mall they offered to drop me off as it was on there way!
Thank you so much for an amazing first experience Scuba diving. I will be back with you guys!

Highly recommend and thank you - They were amazingly flexible when SEVERE flooding near the hotel zone delayed my transport to the site. Instruction and practice in the pool were extremely helpful and informative. As a first timer, I felt safe and amazed by the experience during the two real dives. Photo and videos were a wonderful keepsake (additional fee). Highly recommend if you're interested in trying scuba diving.

Absolutely Amazing - Amazing experience. I was nervous as I have a fear of the ocean/sharks but I was put at ease and received great training in the pool. It was like another world down there and saw a turtle.
