For this activity, participants will complete a medical questionnaire about their health. Following this, they will receive a basic theory lesson and pool practice to learn essential scuba diving skills, all under the guidance of an experienced and qualified instructor. Afterward, participants will board a boat to the dive sites for two tank dives: the first at MUSA Underwater Museum and the second at Manchones Reef. The return to the dock will be at the same location as departure.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: - Individuals with asthma, heart or brain conditions, high blood pressure, lung lesions, diabetes, epilepsy, or any surgery within the past year are not permitted to dive unless they provide a medical authorization signed by their physician.
- It is important to rest for 18-24 hours after diving before flying.
- Bring ID, towels, a swimsuit, and any other personal care items you may need.
- As the activity takes place on a boat, it is recommended to take anti-nausea pills 1-2 hours before boarding for best results.
- Participants must know how to swim for this activity.

- Individuals with asthma, heart or brain conditions/surgeries, high blood pressure, lung issues, diabetes, epilepsy, or recent minor surgeries (within the last year) are not permitted to dive unless they provide a medical authorization signed by a physician specializing in their condition.
- Remember to rest for 18 - 24 hours after diving before flying.
- Participants must know how to swim and be able to perform scuba skills in the water. If unable to do so, diving will not be permitted for safety reasons, and refunds are not available as the service is provided.
- People with asthma, heart or brain problems, high blood pressure, lung lesions, diabetes, epilepsy, or any surgery less than 1 year are not allowed to dive, unless you bring a medical authorization signed by a physician who specializes in your disease.
- Keep in mind you need to rest between 18 - 24 hours after diving before take an airplane
- For this activity people must know how to swim, also consider for this activity you need to perform scuba skills in the water if you are not able to do it, you can not dive for safety reasons, there is not refund back for these reasons, as the service is provided
- As the activity is from a boat, we suggest take anti-nauseas pills, 1 or 2 hours before getting on the boat for best effects.
- Sunscreen/sunblock are not allowed for coral protection
- Children must be a minimum of 10 years old and maximum age 65 years old

Great dive - Great experience for new divers or those that need a refresher. Refresher instruction was the right amount. Wet suits and gear were all good. Guide knew all the right spots to see best marine life.

Amazing - Had an amazing dive with A HA scuba diving! Carlos, our dive master, was fantastic, super professional, friendly, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable. He pointed out some incredible marine life and made the whole experience unforgettable. Great gear, smooth operation. Highly recommend diving with Carlos and the team

AMAZING !!! Will do again - Amazing 1st time experience!! My whole family (6 of us) did it and it was all of ours 1st time besides my stepdad who has scuba dived but 20 years ago. And it was truly awesome! Our guide Marin was great! Funny yet very professional and serious about our safety at all times. Encouraged us to ask questions and he’s very knowledgeable. Great with English and Spanish. Also his assistant Carolina very helpful with our needs and equipment. The ride was great and the diving experience was AWESOME! Nervous at first but our guide knows his stuff and how to keep everyone calm. Trust in him. Saw lots of marine life and the statues was great! Glad i took my gopro and insta360! I have yet to transfer the photos but trust me when I saw it was amazing

Highlight of our Mexico trip - Awesome experience. Marin was an excellent guide and clearly has a lot of diving experience. He made us feel very comfortable and secure in the water. We had two amazing dives and got some great pictures. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing + Very Safe experience for new beginners and experienced divers!!! Highly recommend! - Marin and Carolina were such amazing guides. Everything was set up before and our adventure was so much fun and comfortable. My boyfriend had never scuba before and was nervous but after the very thorough pool course and Marin’s guidance he had such an amazing experience. We were able to explore the MUSA and another reef which was so beautiful and abundant with sea life. We opted for the picture package and I would HIGY RECOMMEND-our picture/video are high quality and awesome memories of this experience! I am scuba certified and have done a couple of dives before this and this dive was so much fun + safe and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try to go through this company- well worth it. I will be coming back again through this company!

Excellent experience - Marin is an excellent guide, very informative with a lot of experience. It made me feel very safe and comfortable, very good photos and videos. And Carolina also gave me excellent care.
I recommend it to any beginner even if they don’t know anything about it and if they like it don’t forget to leave tip as I did. And choose the photos and videos you make so you can enjoy instead of thinking about it and then you can take a beautiful memory home.

Highly Recommended for Youth - Fantastic experience. I'm certified but last dived almost 15 years ago. Rest of the group was youth aged 13-19 with zero experience. Our instructor was Lorena, who was extremely supportive and reassuring, instantly put you at ease. I also enjoyed her sense of humour. We also met Carolina, Marin and the boat operators (apologies for forgetting their names), who were all very friendly and accommodating. My younger son ultimately had to sit out the ocean dive because of sinus issues and the boat operators were kind to entertain him, went snorkelling with him and offered him support on the boat while the rest of us were under the waves. Lorena also took photos of us underwater which we were able to purchase afterwards. Recommend anti-nausea meds ahead of the trip if you're prone to motion sickness! Waters appear to be choppy in the area in general. highly recommended if you're looking to get a taste of diving in a fun tropical environment. We saw sting rays, barracudas, lobsters and really big puffer fish, in addition to lots of corals and schools of various fish.

Amazing experience - Amazing experience. I felt safe even though I have a phobia of the ocean (I was facing my fears).
I had trouble going down deep at the start as my right ear was really hurting with the pressure but I followed the instructions given and eventually everything was fine and I at no point felt rushed. Everyone was so friendly and I had such a great day.

Bucket List Experience for my 30th Birthday - I was very nervous about scuba diving but the instructor took his time to really work with us and ease our nerves. He explained the equipment and how our bodies work in the water, and how they adjust at different depths. I'm a detail oriented person and really appreciated the in depth lesson in the pool before hand. I would absolutely book this tour again and feel confident my 2nd dive will be even more enjoyable now that I have a little more knowledge and experience under my belt.
I originally wasn't going to book the picture package because I have my own go pro but we decided to add it last minute and I'm so glad we did. The pics and videos our instructor captured of us were a million times better than what I could've got doing it myself. They have a newer GoPro than I do and I was still getting used to operating my scuba equipment so it would've been overwhelming to try to operate a camera at the same time.
Our instructor, the boat crew, and the lovely woman doing check in and fitting us for flippers were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made you feel so comfortable to bring up any questions or concerns you may have.
I will definitely being diving with this group again next time I'm in Cancun. If you get overwhelmed in the pool section just explain your concerns and your instructor will coach you through it. I couldn't time my breathing and was wearing myself out and he instantly new how to fix it and made me feel comfortable to continue on to the ocean dive portion.
Thanks a ton guys had a great 30th birthday with you!
