Don’t Belive TikTok ! Not worth your time & money at isla Garrafón - Waste of time and money. Don’t believe TikTok. Run down place. Zip lines are only open a few hours and they are super short. VIP was a joke! No private pools working. Horrible experience

The worst experience and money grab liars - This was supposed to be a fun family day and it turned into one frustrating thing after another. We paid over 500 for the VIP experience so that we could all do everything and not have to pay for anything once in the park. Long story short, the cooking class all I got was a "not today". We were really looking forward to it and every person I asked would not give me an explanation. My teenagers were mot allowed to zipline even though I paid for unlimited ziplining. My family walked down to paddle board and they said no paddle boarding today, when we could clearly see them in the water. My husband and I tried to kayak and they said they were closed for the day...park close at 5 and this was 3. We went to way at the VIP buffet and it smelled horrible. We tried to give it a chance but unfortunately 3 of us ended up very sick. I tried multiple times to speak to customer service, and so many other people and no one care to even listen to me, much less help me. So, save your 500 dollars and go to a beach club that actually want you to be there and care that you have a good time. Just make sure you get what you paid for bc all I got was a 500 anxiety filled afternoon.
