For those staying in Tulum and departing from Tulum Airport (TQO), the operator will arrange pickup 3 hours before the flight’s departure.

For guests staying in Tulum and departing from Cancun Airport (CUN), pickup will be scheduled 4 hours before the flight’s departure.
