An incredible and unforgettable experience, simply matched with the beauties of the Serra Gaúcha! - For me it was the best experience of my life. I thank Brocker for all the support and services provided since the transfer at the airport, the tours and the tips from the operators. Total frustration - I went to the vcs agency in Gramado because I wanted to do this tour. I was informed that I would leave the next day at 8hs. I arrived on the day and place marked and was informed that on that day there would be no tour! Total frustration.
