Good times with Giles the guide - Great times were had with our guide Giles (and driver Chris). We showed up, got on the bus, and everything else was taken care of! It was well organized and full of fun facts. There’s a good mix of a schedule and free time to explore on your own. This was one of the favorite things we did while visiting London.

The English Countryside - Our tour offered a relaxing environment while covering a lot of real estate. Our guide Lisa and the bus operator were quite the team working together. They had a full bus load of passengers, and treated us all as “family”! We truly enjoyed the English countryside and the shores of the Channel.. All points of interest were well explained including sharing interesting folklore of where we visited. Our driver operated in the most caring and professional manner. Great Job by this tandem team!

Great day trip to Dover and Canterbury - We had a great day - got on the bus by 7:30, and were back around 6 (I think timing to get back all depends on traffic). We had a full coach bus and Darren was our guide. We thought this was a great tour that brought you out to two amazing places, Darren gave some history and information, and then yku had choices of what to do at each stop. We loved the element of choice - we chose to do the walking trails at Dover (2.5 hr stop), and then had lunch at an amazing spot by the river in Canterbury (2-2.5 hr stop). We opted not to do the Castle at Dover or Cathedral at Canterbury - those tickets cost additional. The Cliffs of Dover were breathtaking - we did the 4.5 mile path to the lighthouse, and had a snack at the visitor center. Then we went to Canterbury, which was such a neat town. Loved this excursion.

Breathtaking views and we could see France! - Our guide, Giles, and driver, Phil, were excellent. The cliffs are beautiful but be prepared to walk a lot on uneven ground. Amazing views and just gorgeous. Our bus ride was comfortable. Canterbury was slightly disappointing as the weather was not good and some things were closed because it was a Sunday.

Well Worth the Drive - Great tour….Giles did an awesome job with the history and pointing out the sites starting straight away in London. Both the Cliffs and Dover Castle were worth 2 hrs each so tough to choose….cant go wrong with either. Canterbury was great as well. Good stuff all around.

Cliffs & Canterbury - White Cliffs of Dover are stunning & have such history. Disappointed in Canterbury. Expected to see more of a medieval setting. Wish I would have visited the cathedral as it seemed to be one of the few authentic historical sites left.

Beautiful day at Dover - We enjoyed a beautiful day at Dover and Canterbury. Dover, especially, was a nice break from the busyness of London. Our tour was well-organized, but we found our guide, Taylor, a bit too well-rehearsed. Everything sounded like a memorized script with no room for reactions or engagement from the participants.
