Out standing service - The experience was fantastic, will visit again

Waouh - Provide pennies on site in addition to the reservation. 250 r per person If not on top 30 min c is enough

The ride is very short - The ride is very short and it is more on taking photos. while the bikes are parked, no real adventure

Complain - I am not happy with the service we received. I had booked for 10:00 on Saturday, 28 February 2026. However, on Friday, 27 February 2026 at 16:22, I received a WhatsApp message informing me that our slot had been moved to 13:00 on Saturday. When we arrived, we were also asked to pay an additional R1000 which we were never informed about beforehand. This was very disappointing as proper communication should have been provided in advance.

Horrible Experience - The session was not 30 minutes as indicated, we got done in 18 minutes, including the photo session. The operator was too pre-occupied with other things and couldn't give us attention. He was very unfriendly and laughing endlessly with his colleagues/ friends.

Ezey Tours rude staff and Poor service - I am so disappointed with the EzeyTours Quad Bike Adventure (Atlantis Dunes). I booked 2 tickets for my wife during our visit to Cape Town in December 2025. We had an emergency, and we therefore couldn't make it to the area, and we had to cancel. We did not get our refund, and there is no sign that I'll be getting my money back. I called the number on their website, and someone called Collen answered the phone. He made my encounter even worse; he was so rude. As I was trying to query this with him, he rudely interrupted me on the phone, and told me that I can't just call him and say that I bought a ticket online, and I can't just call and complain...I asked him "why are you fighting with me?" he said to me - bra, you will call me when you are ready to talk to me, and he hung up the phone in my ear! Bear in mind that I paid R1,200 for both tickets, and only to get a spit in my face from Collen like that. :( This is the worst customer service from Ezey Tours Quad Bike Adventure, in fact, day light robbery and disrespect!!!

Terrible don’t book - They’re not serious. Even if you’re one minute late you have to pay a rebooking fee of 500 Rand. How??? Terrible service.

Unbelievably unprofessional - I email this business, saying I have a voucher and I would like to bring a friend along. I have no idea on time, price, procedure. After emailing and calling, prices change, minimal interaction. The price went up by 50 % from calling to emailing after the call, when I ask how the prices are calculated, they reply and leave the last sentence as 'We have other emails/ matters  to attend to.' Obviously not a business in need of more customers. I would urge the owner to attend to this style of management. I would never attend this activity out of principle.
