Fun and informative family trip to the Cape Agulhas - The trip to Cqpe Agulhas was PERFECT. Well curated with adequate time to have lunch, spend time to see penguins, walk along the beach, climb the lighthouse. Our guide Peter was AMAZING! knowledgeable about not just the tour but also Cape town and South Africa as a whole. He was engaging but not overwhelming. Even with my teenage children. Very professional. My interaction with Pauline was very professional, she answered all my questions and enquiries. I would highly recommend this tour with this company. We could not have enjoyed more.

An amazing day full of such a variety of different types of adventure & experiences! A must do on a visit to Cape Town! - What a wonderful, chilled and personal tour we had with Natasha, our driver and tour guide! Just the three of us and Natasha! We had many exciting stops on our way to Cape Agulhas and Natasha allowed us plenty of time to enjoy each place and adventure. These included the incredible, wild Penguin colony at Betty’s Bay, which also had lots of Cormorants and Rock Hyrax creatures running around; the beautiful little Dutch town of Elim, with lots of houses with thatched roofs and a beautiful church; the whale watching town of Hermanus, where we stopped for lunch; wine tasting at the super Hamilton Russell Vineyards. Cape Agulhas has a lighthouse, great wild and rugged coastline, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet, a harbour & pier, where we saw a stingray swimming, up close. Along the route, we also saw a lot of Wildlife, including Baboons, Springboks, Osterichs, Cranes, hawks and Guinea Fowl, to name but a few! Natasha was an amazing guide, who made the whole day such a fantastic experience!

A great day at the bottom of Africa - I’m a geography nerd so going to the southernmost point in Africa and seeing where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet was amazing. Our guide Kevin was friendly, personable and knowledgeable and we loved spending the day with him.

The sublime Cape Agulhas - Our 11 hours tour for two persons from Cape Town to Cape Agulhas and back with Cape Archive Tours was, briefly expressed, perfect. The route to Cape Agulhas by the sea and back through country side gave a chance to admire the nature and the wild life in the fullest. As we wished to skip the wine tasting and the lighthouse in Cape Agulhas and visited the penguin colony only shortly we had a pleasant amount of time for a coffee break in a charming village of Elim, a lunch in Hermanus and experience the waves and the winds of two seas of the southernmost tip of African continent, sublime Cape Agulhas. Our driver and guide, Danson, is a professional. A trustworthy driver, a knowleadgable guide - also concerning variety of topics like economy, social issues or geology (!) in SA - and a nice person to spend a day with, though naturally we had our own time when convenient. Without such company as his a lenghty tour might be a less exhilarating experience. I wholeheartedly recommend the tour provided by Cape Archive Tours and smoothly orchestrated by Danson.

Just do it! - I had a great time and Peter was an amazing guide. I wrote a better review but it wasn’t approved because the guidelines say you cannot post a review with pictures that are duplicates of another, so I’m attempting to give a good review of this tour that meets TA’s standards :/ take advantage of this tour.

Southernmost Point - Why Not?! - It may seem trivial to see the southernmost point of a continent, but I strongly advise you to take advantage of this trip if you’re staying in Cape Town. It is an amazing way to see the coastline of the country, from its rocky shores and its majestic mountains. In addition to possibly seeing whales and penguins, you may get lucky and see some Dassie and Baboon! The wine tasting is a lovely experience as well, and the cherry on top of the whole experience is a fantastic guide. Peter was the best guide we’ve ever had in our South African travels, so you’re in the best of hands if you get him for a guide.
