Great day around the Cape - We had a great day! Our guide , David was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us options along the way to tailor the experience to our preferences. Would recommend this tour and it was a bonus to be able to do it with just the two of us.

Full day tour of the Cape Peninsular from Cruise Ship - Full day tour from cruise ship with David that we cannot recommend more highly. Great engagement providing history and context to all of the key points on the journey. Weather was good helping make the trip a memory of a lifetime. Highly recommend David and his tour guide skills.

Fantastic private tour around the Cape Peninsula - David was an excellent and patient guide. He took us around the Cape Peninsula and we were given full flexibility to stop as we pleased. David is highly knowledgeable and provided a ton of interesting facts regarding everything from wildlife to economics. We really enjoyed our day together!

Wonderful tour day with a great guide - David is a Capetown native and super knowledgeable. His friendly personality and smooth driving made for a most wonderful private day tour of Cape Hope and the accompanying attractions. His beachfront restuarant recommendation was top notch and he shares a wealth of knowledge about the history and significance of the many stops and sites along our day journey. He remained flexible when an accident rerouted our morning route but ensured our experience still memorable and most enjoyable. The SUV was new and clean and very comfortable for us to enjoy a day of sightseeing and walking. Highly recommend!

Breath taking experience - The Cape Peninsula private tour with Kalaos Tours was an absolute thrill and affordable tour from start to finish! We (my siblings and guide) kicked things off at the stunning Chapman’s Peak Drive, taking in the breathtaking scenery and winding roads, before exploring the dramatic cliffs of Cape Point and the iconic Cape of Good Hope. Getting up close to the playful penguins at Boulders Beach was an unforgettable highlight, and lunch in charming Simon’s Town gave us the perfect chance to relax and soak it all in.
David, our guide, brought incredible energy, fascinating stories, and insider knowledge that made the day flow effortlessly. Every stop was perfectly timed, every view was jaw-dropping, and the whole experience felt like a true Cape Town adventure. If you want epic scenery, wildlife, and a day full of adventure, this tour is an absolute must!

Best Cape Town Tours - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional, Family‑Friendly, and Truly Personalized Cape Town Experience
Cape Town was absolutely amazing. We’re a family traveling with kids from the US, and due to an unexpected immigration delay, our pickup for the tour ran late. Mr. David and his colleague Felipe were incredibly flexible and patient — they adjusted everything without hesitation.
David took us to all the major Cape Town highlights and were extremely knowledgeable about every site. Local companies clearly know and trust him; it felt like we had almost preferential access because ticket operators recognized them instantly.
Even though it was New Year’s, David still accommodated us last minute and worked around our constantly changing schedule and "sprinting" with our kids. What could have been a stressful day turned into a beautifully personalized experience. They made our whirlwind trip feel effortless.
The car was spotless, comfortable, and safe. Their communication via WhatsApp was fast and reassuring. If the online options or time slots don’t match your schedule, don’t hesitate to message them — they’ll make it work. Their payment system felt secure, and their pricing was very competitive, if not better than others we checked.
We’ll definitely be back. David made our Cape Town trip truly memorable. Thank you both for such outstanding service. Happy 2026 from our family to yours.

Incredible! - What an amazing day!! Couldn’t have asked for more, everything was perfect and our guide David was the best. He was full of knowledge, friendly and very accommodating. Nothing was too much, we didn’t feel rushed at any point, we were able to spend the time we needed in all of the key places and we would recommend to anyone thinking of booking ! Amazing experience - What a amazing experience with this great tour guide David was knowledgeable and having a art of guiding...
From pick up all the way to the cape of good hope via this amazing Chapman's speak drive and to the pinguin colony with spectacular views all around and attention to details... And we did not feel rush.
Highly recommend David and kalaos tours and travel.
