Upbeat and tasty - Fun and tasty evening enjoying all sorts of African dishes, interesting cocktails, drumming, and dancing.

Worthwhile - Wonderful experience from pick up to the end. The drum show was very good, and the food was excellent. Event very well organized. Will recommend.

Dinner Experience of a lifetime! - Had a great time at Gold's Restaurant. The whole dinner and interactive entertainment was extraordinary! Such an amazing atmosphere good vibes and great energy! It was so much great food to taste! Our driver was great also on time very prompt it was worth the money the visit made our cape town experience more wonderfully than it already was. My husband and I encourage you to take the family if you could. It's a much needed trip to experience!

The variety of food... - The variety of food offered us a was great slice of South African cuisine and the entertainment was absolutely fantastic! The interactive drumming lesson was SO MUCH FUN and the performances were amazing! It is truly a memory we will remember forever!

Try African food with drum entertainment - Very nice evening. Interesting African food and nice entertainment. Service a little slow. Expect long evening, but enjoyable and different.

Table for one! - The experience was fun, but I am guessing I was the only one who booked through Viator and ended up sitting alone. Had I been told that probably wouldn't have taken it. But the food and entertainment was great.

Tourist trap - This is a tourists trap. It's a sit down dinner with a drum performance. Food isn't good. I've been on a lot of food tours that take you through the city and feel authentic. This isn't it.

AFRICAN TOURS - rip off company - AFRICAN TOURS ,Don’t book with the company, we sat on pick up for over an hour so arrived late and missed the ‘drumming experience’ decided to leave as no point but was convinced to stay by manager with 50% refund. When I asked African tours for my refund they gave me an insulting £6.87 back so the meal cost me £100 ( by African prices that was expensive ) we could have had an amazing a la carte meal for a quarter of the price at the harbour.!!! I argued the fact but they wouldn’t budge, absolute rip off company
