The Long March to Freedom Monument: As we drive past Century City, you’ll catch a glimpse of the powerful Long March to Freedom monument, a moving outdoor display of life-size bronze statues representing South Africa’s journey to democracy. It features iconic leaders such as Nelson Mandela, Desmond Tutu, and many others who played vital roles in the country’s fight for freedom.
• Milnerton - The PetroSA Milnerton Refinery in Cape Town is a key facility in South Africa’s oil and gas industry. Located along the coast, it processes crude oil into refined products like gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. • The Diamond Works Cape Town - From Canal Walk, we proceed to The Diamond Factory. At the Diamond Factory, you’ll explore an interactive showroom that guides you through the fascinating journey of diamond cutting and polishing. Learn about the craftsmanship behind transforming raw diamonds into stunning, sparkling gems. It’s an insightful and educational experience, where you can also view and purchase certified diamonds and exquisite jewelry, all while gaining a deeper understanding of the art and history behind these precious stones.
