- Castle of Good Hope - The first Luxury City tour starts at a unique attraction that combines South Africa’s cultural and military history. Visitors can enjoy military ceremonies and exhibitions at the Castle of Good Hope, the oldest colonial building in South Africa, constructed between 1666 and 1679. Highlights include exploring the dungeons, dolphin pool, blacksmith, cannon fire, horse and carriage rides, and the serene atmosphere.
- City Hall - City Hall is a revered site where Nelson Mandela delivered his speech after being released from 27 years of imprisonment. In 1990, 250,000 people gathered here to welcome him.
- Bo-kaap - Known as the Cape Malay Quarters, Bo-Kaap is visited after the Slave Lodge. - Constantia Glen Winery - Following Table Mountain, the Constantia Winelands private tour, named The Simon van der Stel wine tour, begins. Traveling from Cape Town along the M3 past Rhodes Memorial and UCT, the first wine stop is Constantia Glen wine estate. With stunning views of mountains and vineyards, this estate was part of the original Simon van der Stel farm. It produces 70% Red and 30% White cultivars.
- Groot Constantia - The tour continues to the historic Groot Constantia wine estate, the oldest wine-producing farm in South Africa since 1685. Despite changes in ownership, it consistently produces high-quality, award-winning wine, with 70% Red and 30% White cultivars. Lunch is recommended at Simon’s Restaurant or Jonkershuis Restaurant on the estate.
- Klein Constantia - Next is Klein Constantia wine estate, located on the Constantiaberg foothills with breathtaking views of False Bay. Part of the original Constantia farm by Simon van der Stel in 1685, it benefits from decomposed granite soil and cool ocean breezes to produce top South African wines, with 30% Red and 70% White cultivars.
- Buitenverwachting - The Simon van der Stel wine tour concludes at Buitenverwachting wine estate, meaning Beyond Expectation. Originally part of the Constantia farm, it has been restored to its historical roots. The estate produces 8% Red, 90% White, and 2% Rosé cultivars. Guests are then returned to Cape Town for drop-off at their accommodation.
