Memorable excursion, tailored to the needs of a kid - Memorable day around the Cape Peninsula with our guide Mr Paul. We visited all the key highlights and the very competent Mr Paul was telling us about the history, culture, flora and fauna throughout the very long drive. I was with my 4y old son, and Mr Paul customised the trip to the pace and interests of the little one. He engaged with him in conversation and managed to get his full attention for the entire day; in the following days, my son kept asking me when we were going to do another excursion with Mr Paul! Highly recommended to anyone who wants a bespoke experience, in particular if they are travelling with kids

A wonderful day traveling around the cape with my tour guide Mac. - It was a rainy, cloudy day and Mac made sure that all of my stops were timed so that I could still see the beautiful sights. I loved the penguins and our stop at the ostrich farm. Mac also pulled over for me to see and photo groups of baboons traveling around a neighborhood. It was a nice relaxing day and I thoroughly enjoyed it…including the wonderful seafood lunch by the ocean that Mac recommended!

Wonderful experience - Gavin was a terrific guide. Very knowledgeable and kind - answered all my various questions. Not an over talker so was able to enjoy the scenery and travel in quiet at times as well. Perfect balance!

Phenomenal Cape Town Tour – Ask for David! - We had an absolutely incredible experience exploring Cape Town, all thanks to our amazing tour guide, David. From start to finish, David was knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly friendly. He struck the perfect balance between informative and fun, giving us rich insight into the city’s history, culture, and hidden gems—all while making us feel like we were exploring with a friend. What really stood out was how flexible and accommodating he was. We never felt rushed, and he tailored the day to our pace and interests. Thanks to David, we saw so many iconic sites and neighborhoods in a single day—far more than we could have managed on our own. It truly was the best way to experience Cape Town. If you’re considering a tour, do yourself a favor and ask for David. He was phenomenal, and we can’t recommend him highly enough. Five stars, hands down!

Wonderful day trip in Cape Town! - We had a perfect day with Husdy. He was prompt, professional, friendly, interesting and very flexible. We were able to customize our day and we really got to see so much. Husdy was also great because he had us get out of the car and walk too so we weren't just driving all day. For example, when we got to Camps Bay he pulled over and said we could walk down the beach/sidewalk and he would be waiting for us shortly up the road. That was so nice! We stopped at a number of beaches and had as much time as we wanted to be in the water or just walk. He added so many interesting points and stops along the way. We really appreciated his perspective and knowledge. Then on the way back to Cape Town he asked if we wanted to stop and do a wine tasting at Groot Costantia. Well, we did want to, but we didn't think we had enough time. He said he would make the time for us and we really did enjoy that visit to end our perfect day. THANK YOU HUSDY!

Since we did not want to... - Since we did not want to drive in Cape Town the ride along the cape with Gavin was fabulous. He even listed to us not anting to go shopping and cut those stops out. Plus I did see a piece of art which the gallery was closed. He contacted the owner and in a matter of 24 hours it was delivered to us. He is amazingly helpful.

Amazing Experience! Just do it! - Amazing! Absolutely amazing and wonderful day. Our driver was David who was incredibly knowledgeable. The great thing about the private tour is that you can go at your own speed. (unlike a tour bus) Also, its a much more personal experience. It was a great day and we learned so much. The car is lovely and the entire experience from pick-up to drop-off was 5 star. Don't hesitate-just do it!

Cape Town Peninsula Tour after Cruise - We booked this tour for four people with Batende Travel & Tours of the Cape Town Peninsula for arrival in Cape Town after a cruise ship tour. Communication with Batende was excellent throughout. We got off the ship an hour early than expected but I was able to send a message through WhatsApp to our tour guide (Mazenga) and driver for the day and he arrived at the port to pick us up about 10 minutes later. He came with a mini van that was large enough to accommodate all our luggage. We then went off on a fantastic tour of the peninsula stopping a various locations like Cape of Good Hope, Cape Point lighthouse and two very nice spots for morning coffee and lunch. The views throughout the tour were stunning. Mazenga was very courteous and professional throughout. Overall, a great experience and good value for money.
