The Long March to Freedom Monument As we drive past Century City, you’ll catch a glimpse of the inspiring Long March to Freedom monument, an outdoor display of life-size bronze statues representing South Africa’s journey to democracy. It features iconic leaders such as Nelson Mandela, Desmond Tutu, and many others who played crucial roles in the country’s fight for freedom.

• Bloubergstrand Beach - From Big Bay Beach, we’ll continue to Bloubergstrand in Table View. Bloubergstrand Beach is a picturesque stretch of coastline located just north of Cape Town, South Africa. It is best known for its stunning views of Table Mountain across Table Bay, making it one of the most iconic photo spots in the country. The beach is popular for kite surfing, windsurfing, and beach walks, thanks to its consistent winds and wide sandy shores. The name “Bloubergstrand” comes from Afrikaans, meaning “Blue Mountain Beach” “blou” (blue), “berg” (mountain), and “strand” (beach). • The Diamond Works Cape Town - From the canal work, we proceed to The Diamond Factory.
