• Cape Town Central - Collection from your accommodation in Cape Town will occur one hour prior to departure. A private transfer will take you from your hotel to the Silo District, where you will be guided to the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island, commencing your half-day adventure.
• Robben Island Museum - You will be collected from the address you provided (within our pickup area). Boarding the ferry is scheduled 30 minutes before your selected time slot. Ferries depart from the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island at the V&A Waterfront. Here, you will board a shared boat to the Robben Island Museum, where a resident Tour Guide will lead the island tour. (Please note that our tour guide/driver will not accompany you on the Robben Island Museum tour.) A former political prisoner will provide a guided tour, including a visit to Nelson Mandela’s cell. You will also have the chance to take the Long March to Freedom, following in Nelson Mandela’s footsteps. Upon returning to the Jetty, our Tour Guide/Driver will meet you at the entrance of the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island for your return transfer to your hotel.
