We will make your dream of flying like a bird come true. We offer professional Tandem Paragliding introductory Air Experience flights. We have a 100% safety record so sit back, learn more and enjoy the air experience by paragliding over Cape Town! Minimum age is 14 years and max weight 110kg. Your lead Instructor Herman Venter has been paragliding for 27 years so you are in good hands!

Meet at the end of Signal Hill road, Cape Town. There is a parking area and our takeoff site is right next to it. On arrival ask for Herman or TABLE MOUNTAIN PARAGLIDING. Please provide a WHATSAPP number for communication for weather updates. Please arrive 30 minutes before your booked time.

Fantastic LIFE EVENT! Just do it! - Experience of a lifetime! I felt so safe and at ease the whole time. The glide down from Signal Hill to Sea Point was one of the most beautiful, exciting and memorable experiences I’ve ever had. Think I have to go again. 😄

Best place to go paragliding in South Africa! - FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I showed up at Signal Hill and was flying above Cape Town five minutes later. The staff was very friendly and my tandem partner was helpful and had tons of experience. Overall an amazing excursion!

Exceptional - Exceptional! I had the chance to take off at the best time and I experienced an incredible flight, more than 10 min , a breathtaking view, with an extraordinary monitor! I highly recommend, and take the option photos videos it is really worth it!!

very short flight - Its fun and eazy for everybody. Good organized. My flight lasted only 3 min. The weather and wind conditions were excellent on Monday 3rd of March 2025, but my pilot Francois Miog landet me very very quicly ....... I have done the same thing in Peru (Lima) and the pilot kept me up for 25min !!!! That for I was a little dissapointed.
