Daintree - Mum and son trip to Daintree forest today (13/3/26) although a revised itinerary due to recent flooding that’s occurred in the area so unable to do cape tribulation. Croc 🐊 spotting boat ride. But also took us to other places along the route.
Graeme was our tour guide & very helpful and informative throughout the trip.
Absolutely banging lunch provided!
Really lovely experience.
Comfortable transport with air con.

Great overview - Great overview of rain forest; saw 2 cassowaries, but no crocs (ok, one baby about a foot long). Dannny was great, lunch, great. Microphone in bus a bit muffled. The road is somewhat aggressive, and I’m glad someone else was driving later on in the afternoon. Loved the beach signs in cape trib.

John is the bomb!! - A great day spent with the best guide we’ve had in all of Australia- John! He really made our day. So fun, yet still provided enough commentary/background on what we were seeing. My only feedback is that they should provide a way to tip with venmo, paypal, etc. maybe with a QR code, as i’ve seen other companies do on tours we’ve done in other countries. He was fabulous and we had no Australian money on us to tip him ☹️. Highly recommend this tour, especially if Joh. is your guide!

A day to always remember. - We went on a fantastic trip to the Daintree rainforest and Cape Tribulation. It was a truly amazing experience. Waz was our guide, and he is so full of knowledge and love for the wildlife. He tought us a lot about different eco systems, and it felt like a luxury to just listen to him. It felt like magic to visit the rainforest.
When we went on the river boat, we saw two young crocodiles! As I don’t like animals being held in captility for tourists to stare at, this was an amazing experience for me.
Waz - thank you for this fantastic day! You are so funny and cool, and you really made out day! Cheers, mate. Welcome to Sweden.

Wonderful Daintree and Cape Tribulation - While in Cairns we took a day trip with Billy Tea Safaris to the Daintree Rainforest and Cape Teibulation. It was a wonderful experience. the day included a river cruise, a nice luncheon after a swim in the river, a long walk in the rainforest and a visit to the beaches at Cape Tribulation. We even saw a cassowary in the wild. A great day of seeing Australian nature.

Full day of well organised activities - Tour was well organised and took us to a lot of key places in the area. Our guide, Andy, was very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the day. We weren't very lucky with our animal spotting but we still had a great experience. And lunch and ice cream were delicious.

Not worth it - Overall my leaat favorite tour i had done in all of australia. The first viewpoint was the best thing about it after that it all went downhill. Dont go in the summer. First the river cruise didnt see any crocs. Also only 45 mins when advertises as an hour. Then the swimming hole was probably the saddest thing ive seen in australia. Conviently located a 2 min walk away from lunch. Food was okay no issues. Next unless you really care about plants and mangroves the boardwalks offer nothing visually enticing. Then the stop at cape tribulation, better sticking to just the town of Cairn way better view without the long drive. Who cares about ice cream when the rest of the trip was mundane.
