Excellent tour. Our bus... - Excellent tour. Our bus driver/tour director (same person) was amazing. He gave us lots of information about the area and was very personable.

Exceptional 1/2 day trip - Our tour guide provided wonderful historical insights and took us along scenic back roads we never would have discovered on our own. He shared personal family stories that were truly special and used humor throughout the day to keep the group engaged and entertained. This was one of the best tours I’ve ever been on — he was knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure we always knew what to do and when.

Awesome - It was a great experience and an awesome guide. Thank you for a great time!!! I specifically enjoyed visiting the Basilica and stopping for a delicious chocolate. Thank you!

Fantastic Private Tour - It is a terrific tour with just you and your significant other or family and the guide! Lynn did such an amazing job explaining the culture and history of Quebec!

It was delightful.... - It was delightful. Comprehensive. Carol was a great guide. Took us out of the city to see the countryside and experience nature. The Gilles family event was amazing

Something to do. - The waterfall was unassuming. Very little water left the fall small. Our favorite was the chocolate and we stayed there too short. The copper was not our thing and, although interesting, just ok. The cathedral was great. The drive through the back country was great too. The little houses were our favorite.

Not the best, by ANY means. - Disappointing itinerary. No point to the Chocolate candy/ice cream stop. Took time away from the stops at other points in the tour. Not enough time for the Falls and Church stops. Copper factory had no disabled visitor accommodations. Dangerous for me to go down steps with a walker.Guise was overly chatty and hard to understand at times. Then asked for tips at the end of the tour. You lose me when you do that.

Not my fav - Normally I like these tours. Wasn’t impressed. Main reason was to go to falls but we only had 30 minutes which wasn’t enough time to walk up to it. Next time I’ll uber out and back which would have cost way less.

Poor direction! - We had no clear instructions on where to go for our tour. We went and asked someone at the port who looked at our via tour ticket and told us that we needed to go up to the hotel us a map, which we tried to do by the time we realized that those were bad instructions we had already missed our tour. I have called and asked for a refund, and there are three of us who have done that we feel that we did not get adequate instruction as to where to go. We have two more trips booked done by a tour for this cruise. I hope they go better than this one. We have what we think are good instructions to locate our next excursion. The excursion we met was to have been the highlight of our trip. It’s something we all wanted to see and we were very disappointed.
