A perfect afternoon! - This was such a fantastic experience from start to finish! I was so impressed with the ease of reserving online, how easy it was to get to the location, and the wonderful brand new bikes. The best part was the customer service - we were welcomed so warmly, and the owner spent time with us explaining where to go and what to see, and ensured we were comfortable on the bikes and using them properly before we headed out on our awesome adventure! After 2 days of walking around Quebec City, it was so great to take a short drive and give our feet a break and cruise around the island and explore. (56 year old couple celebrating our 30th Anniversary from Boston!)

The perfect bike ride! - Exceeded our expectations! Greeted with a warm welcome and so many smiles! They took their time showing us the maps of where to go around the island, sharing bits of history, funny facts and helpful tips on biking. They ensured we were all comfortable on the electric bikes and also biked with us across the street to get us across and heading in the right direction. Our journey included hitting all of their recommendations and ending with the winery made it the perfect day! Merci! Merci!

A highlight of our trip - Exploring Ile D'Orleans on ebikes was great. It my daughter and my first time riding ebikes and we had a LOT OF FUN! After an introduction, a trial run and a map and suggestions of where to visit we were ready to hit the road on our own. We enjoyed the flexibility to move at our own pace. It was a great day.

The best day! - We spent a lovely autumn day biking around the island. Such a great and fun experience. We were provided a map and recommended stops (Berry farm, vineyard, stops for goodies). The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful. We rented the e-bikes for 4 hours which was plenty time to do the recommended route and spend time exploring. I used my motor 75% of the time and returned the bike with 40% battery life, so the bikes are well charged. I would highly recommend.

We loved it. - So my Marie and I loved the experience. We rented electric bicycles. The team is great. One gentleman took care of finding us the bikes , making us try them and the other explained the way to take a walk around the island and stop in shops. Walking around on the bikes was very pleasant. If you take this walk, stop by the chocolate factory for a wonderful dark chocolate hot chocolate.

great half day experience - We rented e-bikes on short notice but the transaction, check in and out was really easy. We had a great time riding, could have stretched it longer but we did not stop to eat or shop too much. You can really get around the recommended route in less than 2 hours so it's fine to take your time. We particularly liked looking across the river at QC, very nice perspective.

Walk in the countryside - Very good team, motivated to have a good time on the Île d’Orléans, safely and with good equipment. The stops during the tour are really nice with beautiful views and very nice traders. Thank you again for this great experience.

Fantastic experience on I'le D'Orleans! - Amazing day touring the island! The bikes were great and pick up and drop off was seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend this activity for couples and/or families. A fantastic way to spend a day in Quebec!

A fun 4hrs - Nice views and we had fun stopping at the suggested places. I recommend the wine flight and charcuterie board at the winery. Note that the road is quite narrow and pot-holed and there's a steady stream of other tourists traveling by car, making the riding a bit stressful with kids. We called Viator to change our tour dates, which they did, but the change was never communicated to the tour company meaning our ebikes were not available. Fortunately this company swapped us out for a pair of scooters and older ebikes so our plans weren't ruined. They recognized it wasn't our fault and were very accommodating.
