Overall a good experience - Overall it was an efficient transfer. The only thing is that 1 seat was all wet and the last person to jump in the van got all wet and a discussion between passengers started, it was kind of frightening as one lady especially yelled and pointed finger to other passengers, I didn't like that environment but of course that has nothing to do with the service itself, however, it all started because of the wet seat!

The transfer worked fine,... - The transfer worked fine, they picked us at the airport and delivered to the hotel door. The drivers got a bit confused and we had to change vans twice but apart from that everything was smooth and reliable.

Airport transfer disaster - I booked the shuttle from Kayseri to Göreme (1:20h drive). I booked for 5 ppl, 3 adults and 2 kids 4 and 7 years old. They told me the 4 year old goes for free. One way was all good, but on the way back the van was full when they picked us up. Then another 2 ppl entered and my husband had go go all way with our 4 yo on his lap...the driver was racing which made us all amost sick and it was so unsafe to have the kid on our lap!! The owner then told me that I should have mentioned that I want a seat for the kid 🤦🏼‍♀️this is so unprofessional and unsafe!! Very very disappointing.

Three Couples Abandoned by YOE Turizm Shared Transfer at Kayseri Airport. - We booked a shared transfer with YOE Turizm from Kayseri Airport in Cappadocia to The Nova Cave hotel in Ortahisar (near Goreme). We flew in from Istanbul late at night and, as directed, waited by the arrivals exit to be shown to the transfer minibus by someone holding our name. There were many people holding lists but we were not on any of them. We tried to phone the company but there was no reply. We asked around and no-one had heard of YOE Turizm. After about twenty minutes another company offered to transport us for about three times the price. What could we do? We accepted and had to pay in cash. Then we were guided in the dark to a car park by an unknown person who said the driver was his friend. We had no idea if this was a scam. Scary ! We were the last to be dropped off and arrived at our family run hotel at almost midnight feeling guilty because our hosts had waited up for us. Thank goodness that we booked the transfer in the UK because the booking company immediately gave us a refund. After a few more emails, and eventually as a good will gesture, they gave us a voucher to cover the extra that we had paid so that we were not out of pocket. However it was a lot of hassle that we could have done without. The next day we set off on the Red Tour (again booked in the UK for safety). On our mini bus we discovered two other couples who had been left stranded at the airport by YOE Turizm. One husband and wife had flown in from Canada that morning. They must have been exhausted. My advice to you is avoid YOE Turizm like the plague. Choose a transfer company with a refund backup and good reviews because leaving you stranded at the airport seems to be a common problem in Cappadocia. Don't wait too long to be rescued either as the other couple (also from Canada) waited until all the other transfer mini buses had left and had to pay 100 euros (50 each) to get to their hotel. After such a bad experience, our hotel arranged a private transfer for our return trip and it went perfectly.
