I had a great experience... - I had a great experience booking my airport transfer through Viator. The shuttle was modern, clean, and very comfortable. It even had USB-C charging ports at the seats and free WiFi, which was surprisingly very reliable and fast such a huge plus while traveling! They arrived about 5 minutes earlier which is an extra point !

Smooth experience, safe driving, convenient transportation - The transportation is really smooth, from purchasing to getting on board and drop-off. I traveled alone landing Cappadocia for the first time and worried about how I moved from the airport to the hotel in Goreme because it was nearly 2-hour long distance by car. Luckily, I knew the car transfer service which the team met me right the exit of the airport, picked me up on time and drop-off door-to-door. It is shared transfer which means there are other people joining the car too but the transition was smooth, comfortable seats for every people. They also equipped the car with heating in case the weather is cold, having strong wifi network. The driver is helpful and delicated with his job. If booking Viator the price is USD 10.8. Booking via hotel usually costs EUR 10. Hence, if I highly recommend to book via Viator.

Here's how it happened: 1. 18:40 Request at 14:00 pickup at hotel in Göreme to catch a flight from Kayseri Airport. I knew it was too soon. I didn't want to miss my flight, so I asked for an early transfer. 2. I received a call to confirm my reservation, but the pickup time was 15:20. I asked why, and unfortunately there was no 14:00 shuttle bus, and the best one for our flight was a 15:20 pickup. He agreed to the change because he said he was not worried about missing his flight. 3. Around 13:20, 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you receive a call that the pickup time has changed to 16:00. I felt uneasy, but I agreed because they said I could definitely arrive by 17:15. 4. At 16:00, the car did not show up. He eventually showed up about 10 minutes late and left the hotel. Despite the lack of time, we stopped at a gas station on the way and wasted another few minutes. 5. Navigate constantly checking the expected arrival time on Google Maps. Drivers rush but the expected arrival time is slow. 6. We eventually arrived after 17:20. You get a plane in time. When I reported that I made it in time, there was an apology. As a company, I think it's natural to try to improve the efficiency of vehicle operation in order to make a profit, but I think it's a fundamental premise not to cause customer anxiety. I felt sincereness from the apology, so I wish the company a better service.
