Hop on an ATV “Ride of a Lifetime”. Share fun with family and friends on 4X4 machines, feel the power beneath you as you track through different trails in this hidden paradise. Experienced guides will take you through 2,200 acre of land where you will enjoy views of mountains , mangroves, lagoons, limestone formations and wildlife roaming freely. - Check-in time is 30-45 minutes before the tour starts
- Total ride duration is approximately 2 hours, including a brief driving demonstration, explanation of safety rules, and short rest stops
- All guests must be 16 years or older and have a VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE (learner, probationary, suspended, permits licenses, ID’s, or passports are not accepted for driving).
- Up to 2 guest per ATV (1 driver, 1 passenger). Must be 12 or over to be a passenger.
- Bring a VISA or Mastercard to hold a ATV damage deposit.
- Pregnant women and guests with back/neck injuries or heart conditions are not permitted on this excursion
- Helmets are provided. Closed-toe shoes are required. Long pants, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a change of clothing are recommended
- Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty
- Intoxicated individuals under the influence of alcohol or other substances are not permitted in the experience, and no refunds will be issued
- Please note, this experience may be high-impact for some travelers
- Not recommend for customers with limited mobility

Bangin experience - Our guide was Noel and rumor has it he’s “the best tour guide ever”! First half of the tour is a little slower with 10/10 views and the second part is where the thrill is at. Added a picture of the food we had - go get that with a mango pina colada 🔥

Amazing experience! - This was an amazing tour! Naomi was the BEST guide and made it so fun!!! We got to see some local wildlife in the trail and have a fun muddy ride. Would definitely do it again!

Everything you need is... - Everything you need is there! Parking is available, workers are helpful and nice. Face/eye protection as well as bug spray and sun screen is available to purchase. All in all it was a great experience, especially if you bring friends to enjoy with.

I had a wonderful... - I had a wonderful experience. It was so much fun and our tour guy was great. The tour was so much fun. We saw cows, horses and other animals.

It was a rainy wet day... - It was a rainy wet day but we would do this all over again! It was well worth the money. I fell face down in the mud on the first 20 min break and I wasn't even mad. My group helped me up and we continued to take pictures

Sooooo soooo fun, dress... - Sooooo soooo fun, dress appropriately cause you’re gonna get so dirty, bring googles and a ski mask or buy them from there cause your face will be covered in dirt. our tour guide kevin was amazing, we loved him. 10/10.

Good but nickel and dime You - Great trail and great machines, high quality. Lots of beautiful trail. They do not provide goggles, bandana, locker, etc and try to get you to purchase these things at high cost!

Horrible Customer Service - I traveled to Puerto Rico for my birthday, and every experience I had was exceptional—except this ATV tour, which was supposed to be the highlight of my trip.
Since February 2026, I had been in communication with the owner to organize my booking. My original reservation (made through a third party) was canceled the day I arrived. I reached out again, and the owner sent me a link to rebook directly, which I did.
On the day of my booking (Sunday the 12th at 3 PM), I followed the directions provided, but they led me to the wrong location. I called the business around 2:40 PM, and instead of assisting me, the woman who answered said, “Well, you should have followed Google Maps,” and then hung up on me.
As a paying customer, I was shocked by how rude and dismissive that response was.
I called back, hoping to resolve the issue, and instead of helping me get to the correct location, she told me she would reschedule me for the next day at 9 AM. I explained that I had a flight the next day, and she hung up on me again.
On my third call, I requested the correct location, which she finally sent via text—after my scheduled time had already passed. When I arrived, her attitude in person was just as unprofessional.
I do want to acknowledge the manager, Angerly, who did attempt to help and rectify the situation. However, the damage was already done.
What’s even more disappointing is that when I reached out to the owner afterward to share my experience, there was no apology and no accountability. That response made it clear why the customer service from staff is so poor—it reflects leadership.
This experience was disorganized, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I will never book with this company again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.
