Great tour….much better than a similar ship tour. - Guide was very good, organized and told us about the back story of each place we visited. One of the best we’ve ever had.

Beautiful city of Murcia - A comfortable bus ride to a church. Lots of information about the area, beautiful church overlooking Murcia, then into the city. In Cartagena, my knee acted up, so we went back to our cruise ship. Not the tours fault. They gauge the length of the tours to how long you are in port. Pick up right at the port!

Loved our Tenerife Full Day Excursion with Spain Day Tours! - We booked a full day Tenerife shore excursion with Spain Day Tours. Our tour guide, Elizabeth was amazing. She was a wealth of information. The tour went at a good pace, and we never felt we were rushed during the tour. We learned so much during this tour and the scenery was fantastic. There were only 17 people on our tour, and we liked the fact that it was a small group tour. We would definitely book another tour with Spain Day Tours. And if you are in Tenerife, make sure you do the full day excursion. It is definitely worth it!

Great tour company, - The company was very responsive to deal with. It was an excellent tour. The value was far greater than any of the excursions the cruise ship offered. We had a very enjoyable day.

a great day tour of murcia and cargagena - Right outside the gate to the port, our guide and bus were waiting for us. After the tour, we were taken back to where we started. Very convenient for people on a cruise. The tour is very worthwhile, exactly what I had in mind, covering the highlights of Muricia and Cartagena. Our tour guide is a nice young man who gave us a lot of information about the area and people. Our bus is comfortable, and the driver is attentive. No complaints at all from me. Thanks.

Well-worth Adventure - Great time. Well planned excursion and Pedro very knowledgeable sharing about Murcia, Cartagena and the agricultural plain in between. Well-paced though meeting sooo early in the dark was weird. Comfortable bus. The ship docks so close to the old town and Roman theater that it’s easily walkable. Bought some 49 liquor.

Nice or nice city - My visit was private, without any group. I found it a nice city, with beautiful modernist buildings and very well maintained. The part of the port bordering the City Hall is spectacular, full of life , the Roman theater I liked and an inscription on the history of Cartagena from its foundation to Alfonso XIII that left from there to exile, summarized in dates, I found very didactic. The people are friendly and you can tell it is an unhurried city, nice to live in.

Tour was good- could not understand our guide.. - Could not understand 90 percent of what the guide said. Talked too fast even after asking her to speak slower. Accent did not help.

Bad poor - That you don’t spend time in Murcia I’m writing this note to share my disappointment on the shore excursion tour to Murcia we took on May 2nd, 2025 from the celebrity ascent. Since the moment the tour started we noticed the poor english Almudena our so called tour guide had. In fact some other people complained they couldn’t understand what she was saying. The first stop was the sanctuary of Fonte Buena, which we couldn’t visit because it was closed. The guide told us we had to wait 15 minutes for they to open but after 45 minutes we left the place since it was never opened. Then we arrived in Murcia and had a poor walking tour with not much historical information. We just had 30 minutes of free time that was not enough to enjoy the city When we were in the walking tour one of the guides of the other bus came to talk to Almudena and said: “ No important que estaba cerrado el santuario, yo les inventé que una monja se enfermó y todos tranquilos” Which it’s translated as “even though the sanctuary was closed, I made up a story about one of the nuns being sick and everyone believed it” I happened to be from Mexico so I understood everything ! There was no use going there in the first time since we just waisted our time Finally on behalf of the six of us, I’m strongly asking for a response to this complaint with the proper refund of the shore excursion so I’ll be looking forward to hearing from you soon .
