Chefchaouen Medina - Kasbah of the Udayas: This historic fortress and residential area is known for its blue and white buildings. It offers picturesque views of the river and the Atlantic Ocean.
Oudaias Museum: Located in the Oudaias Kasbah, this museum showcases Moroccan arts and crafts, providing insights into the country’s culture and heritage. After lunch, travel to Chefchaouen via the city of Ouazzan. Most of the drive will be over the foothills of the Rif Mountains before arriving at the beautiful pearl of Morocco, Chefchaouen. Overnight in a hotel or Riad.
- Fes el-Bali - Plaza Uta el-Hammam: This central square is the heart of the Medina and a great starting point for exploration. It’s surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, and the Grand Mosque. Relax, people-watch, and soak in the atmosphere.
Relax and Enjoy: Take breaks at the cafes, squares, and viewpoints to relax and soak in the beauty and tranquility of the Medina. After breakfast in the riad, the authentic journey will start towards Volubilis, crossing through Ouazzan and other Rif villages. In Volubilis, discover the best-preserved Roman ruins in Morocco and learn about the archaeological site of the history of Morocco. After visiting Volubilis, head directly to the city of Fes for an overnight stay.

Chouara Tannery - After breakfast, meet with a “Local guide” to start a city tour by visiting the outside part of the Medina (“old city”) including: “The Royal Palace” Gate, “The Jewish Quarter” “Mellah” — dating back to the “14th Century”. Visit “the ceramics Cooperative” to see “Traditional Moroccan crafts”. Afterwards, cover the most important sites inside the medina with a “cultural and historical” interest including the superb architectural masterpiece of “Bou Inania Medersa”, “Blue gate”, the “Karaouiyine Mosque”, The Big “Chouara Tanneries”, “Medersa Seffarin” where people work on metal and make beautiful (lamps, teapots) and other decorated architectural masterpieces like Attarin Medersa and “The Neijarin Fountain”. In the afternoon, visit “The tombs of Merenids” to admire a beautiful panoramic view over the medina.

Merzouga - After breakfast in your riad, start traveling southeast to Merzouga via Midelt and Errachidia. The first stop will be at Ifran, referred to as “the Switzerland of Morocco.” After lunch, leave from Midelt to Ziz Valley in Morocco, taking a scenic route that passes through picturesque landscapes and the Atlas Mountains. Midelt is a town located in the Middle Atlas region of Morocco, while Ziz Valley is situated in the eastern part of the country, near towns like Erfoud and Merzouga. The journey typically involves traveling south from Midelt and passing through the Atlas Mountains before descending into the Ziz Valley, surrounded by lush oases and palm groves. Arrive at the Sahara desert where camels are waiting. After a rest, accompanied by a guide, ride the camels and cross the high dunes of the Erg Chebbi desert, see a magnificent sunset on top of a high dune, then continue trekking towards the camp for an overnight stay.

Erg Chebbi Dunes - After breakfast in the riad, start an explorative journey of the area. Visit the Gnawa people, originally slaves brought from Sudan, to experience their music and lifestyle. Not far away, there’s the lake of Merzouga, with its bird populations. You may also visit the souk in Rissani, a traditional town which was the origin of the ruling family in Morocco and the meeting place of the Caravans trading as far as Timbuktu in Mali. Here, see many men hooded and women veiled.

Dades Gorges - Todgha Gorge is a breathtaking natural wonder located in the eastern part of the High Atlas Mountains in Morocco. Carved by the Todgha River over thousands of years, the gorge features towering limestone cliffs that rise dramatically up to 300 meters (984 feet) high. Visitors are awe-struck by the narrow canyon walls, which in some places are only a few meters apart, creating a spectacular and immersive experience. The gorge is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts, offering opportunities for hiking, rock climbing, and photography amidst its stunning scenery. Additionally, the Todgha River provides a refreshing escape, particularly during the warmer months, inviting visitors to relax by its crystal-clear waters. Culturally, Todgha Gorge is significant as it is inhabited by local Berber communities who have adapted to the rugged terrain and preserved their traditional way of life. Medina of Marrakesh - Today, travel to El Kalaa Mgou’na or Rose Town where over 400 tonnes of rose petals are picked every spring to be processed into rosewater or exported to perfume industries. The festival of roses is held here every May. Continue the journey to Ouarzazate “Hollywood of Africa” - with the biggest cinema studios in Morocco - then to the most famous, filmed, and photographed kasbah of Ait Benhaddou — A UNESCO World Heritage site. Enjoy free time to visit it and have lunch in the village. After, head to Marrakesh via the high atlas mountains (2260), admiring the impressive mountainous views and special Berber villages on the mountain’s sides. Arrive in Marrakesh in the evening.
