"Mohamed Led the Way: A Flavor-Filled Day in Casablanca" - Mohamed was an absolute legend of a tour guide on our Casablanca street food adventure! My sister and I got to ditch the tourist lens and dive into the city like true locals—and wow, what a ride. We kicked things off with a cozy traditional breakfast that warmed us right up. Then came the fresh oysters at the open market—so briny and bold, they practically danced on our taste buds. From there, we wandered through the vibrant Medina, soaking in the colors, aromas, and charm of street vendors and their dazzling spice displays. And just when we thought we’d seen it all… boom: camel meat. Yep, you read that right. Surprisingly tender, totally tasty, and paired with mint tea like they were lifelong soulmates. Casablanca served up culture, flavor, and a few curveballs—and we loved every bite.

“A Feast in Casablanca With Mohamed” - “My sister and I had the best time with Mohamed on this Casablanca food tour. The food was amazing, the culture and stories brought the city to life, and we honestly felt like we were with a celebrity! Warm, fun, and so authentic – an absolute must-do!”

Fab foodie experience - This was a fantastic experience sampling Moroccan delicacies whilst experiencing cultural immersion. Our guide, Mohammed, was very well versed and informative. He went above and beyond and also showed us other must-see sights. The food was delicious and the places we went to were clean and safe. Would definitely recommend this tour when in Casablanca!

Fantastic day out with Mohammad - Mohammad took us on three food stops to try traditional Moroccan breads, mint tea, oysters and seafood, beef with cumin and camel and lamb grilled to perfection. We had watermelon and “the melon” for dessert. He also took us past the main square (Pigeon Square), passed by the Lourdes and Sacred Heart cathedrals, the old Medina and also to pick up new suitcase in the local markets since we needed to replace a broken one before the next day. Mohammad is a celebrity and used to play guitar in a band in the 90’s. Ask him to play his music for you. He knows everyone on the streets 😀. Thank you for a perfect day. We checked everything off our list with delicious food and sights to see!

Food Tour - We booked a 3-hour food tour on our first day in Casablanca and our tour guide/driver was Zouhair. He was very friendly, professional, and his vehicle was clean and comfortable. He shared history of city during the drive, pointing out the various districts and popular areas. We visited local seafood and meat markets, tasting fresh oysters, urchin, calamari, and even camel meat. We got to eat Moroccan soup, bread, pastries, and drink mint tea. It was a lovely experience that I would definitely recommend! Thank you, Zouhair for being so welcoming!

Great tour - Our guide was lovely and very easy to understand. We got to try a few things such as bread, fruit, biscuits, olives, nuts and camel meat. Although the tour was good I was expecting more Morrocan food that we haven't tasted. Fruit and nuts are the same as home. I didn't think there was really a plan as to what we were going to taste. We would have liked more unusual Morrocan food but the experience was good.

Nice guide but disappointing tour - This was the most disappointing food tour I've been on. I booked this tour because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews, so I was genuinely looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I was extremely let down. Note: It seems that most of the 5-star reviews are for a guide named Mohammed, who was not the guide I had. That might explain the gap between my experience and the other reviews. While the guide was very nice, he wasn’t communicative at all and spent most of his time on his phone. He didn’t initiate conversation or continue any of the conversations I tried to start. He never explained what I was eating or even told me where we were. (At one stop, for example, I was served a soup, and all he said was that it was “Moroccan soup”—no further context or detail.) He was also hard to meet up with. Instead of giving me a specific meeting place like a landmark or street corner, I got a couple of photos of him and his parked car, which made it unnecessarily difficult to find him. To make matters worse, there weren’t many food stops. I chose the 7:30pm tour, and either most places in Casablanca shut down early or the guide simply didn’t know where to go—because nearly everything we passed was already closed. We stopped at an olive stand (where I was handed a bag of olives without a word), a cookie stand (same—just a bag of sweets, no explanation, and no time to taste anything), had some soup and bread, and then some camel meat. Since I wasn't enjoying myself I ended the tour a bit early so it's possible that I missed a stop or two, but by that point everything looked like it was closing down. While the food itself was pretty good, it was nowhere near worth what I paid—especially considering the guide barely spoke to me the entire time. The one positive was that the car was clean, comfortable, and the guide drove safely. Also, the company reached out after the tour and offered a free city tour or airport transfer since I wasn't happy with my tour experience. I really wanted to enjoy this tour, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. I can’t recommend this tour based on my experience.
