• Guia Lighthouse - The meeting point is Farol da Guia in Cascais, from where the group will walk together to the climbing site. Participants will have the opportunity to climb limestone cliffs overlooking the ocean in Cascais, a stunning location with breathtaking views. The session will begin with an introduction to essential climbing theory, including knot tying, equipment usage, and belaying techniques. Once everyone is prepared, the climbing will commence! Cascais offers rock climbing routes suitable for all skill levels, whether you are a novice or an experienced climber, and the instructor will guide you accordingly.

WHAT TO BRING: Water, sunscreen, comfortable clothing and footwear, and a hat or cap.

There is no need to bring any climbing equipment. Helmets, climbing shoes, ropes, harnesses, quickdraws, and belay devices are all provided.

To ensure a safe climbing experience, the rock must be dry. In the event of inclement weather (such as rain), the experience will be rescheduled. If participants are unavailable on the new dates, the experience will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
