Great time snorkeling with friendly staff. - This was a great trip. Super friendly staff, well managed, great time in the water. We even got to try a little scuba diving in the pool even though it was a snorkeling trip! Would definitely use them again, there's great snorkeling in St. Lucia and this boat took us to amazing spots.

Amazing Experience - Amazing value for value for money!! The captain picked us up and dropped us home to the air bnb which wasn’t listed as a pick up location, with no issue. They accommodated wonderfully for pescatarian and vegetarian members of our party. The snorkelling instructor was very knowledgeable and dived down to get shells from the bottom of the sea to show us. The instructor also helped with some free diving tips! Even the girls who weren’t comfortable swimmers felt very safe in the water. 10/10 Experience, our favourite excursion we’ve done on the island, highly recommend to everyone!

The best thing we did in Saint Lucia - an amazing snorkelling experience with the best people! - We spent a long time choosing who to book our snorkelling trip with and could not be happier that we chose to go with Dive Fair Helen. Everything was perfect from start to finish and communication was clear and easy. The trip started effortlessly - they picked us up at our hotel promptly and we enjoyed a comfortable and scenic drive through the island to the boat. The boat itself was spacious, with a delightful open front deck that we we were able to sit on and enjoy as we journeyed to our first snorkel spot. The boat also had a bathroom and fresh water and juice throughout. Once we arrived at the first snorkel location we were given all the snorkelling equipment we needed (mask, flippers and an optional scuba floatation jacket) and the four of us had our own guide. There were also scuba divers on our boat who had a separate guide, and both groups had equal attention and felt equally important! Our guide was brilliant and we saw thousands of stunning fish - he was incredible at spotting otherwise hard to spot wildlife, including pufferfish, a sting ray, eels, a scorpionfish and lobsters (among the many wonderful shoals, starfish, parrot fish, corals, and sponges). He took us over the reefs, to some caves, and in slightly deeper water where the shoals were stunning. He also ensured we felt safe throughout! We did two snorkelling sessions, totalling over 90 minutes in the water (though if we'd wanted to spend longer in the water then our guide would happily have done so!) and we were blown away by how beautiful it was. Once back on the boat, we were offered a freshwater hose shower which was such a treat, and then served a delicious and homemade cooked lunch! The usual meal is based around chicken and rice, but i had emailed ahead to say two of us were vegan and two pescatarian, and they went out of their way to make us a vegan lentil and dumpling stew and a fish dish respectively, to go with the rice dish and delicious vegetables. The food was absolutely fantastic and eating it on the boat was a real highlight - we are so grateful they put in the extra work to cater for us all, and they really put effort in to making sure we felt welcome and cared for. Their impeccable customer service was demonstrated when one of our party's hat flew off into the ocean. Without us even saying a thing, they turned the boat around and managed to dive in the open water and (somehow?!) locate and find the hat - all while laughing and keeping spirits high. Overall, this was an absolute highlight of our trip and phenomenal value for money. The snorkelling was incredible, the lunch delicious, and the team an all round delight. I could not recommend this more highly if you are looking for an excursion - thank you team Dive Fair Helen! We will be back!!

Wonderful Experience - We opted for Dive Fair Helen as wanted to avoid the tourist trap , party boat affair and this trip did not disappoint . We shared our trip with a handful of others and a crew of 3 making it an intimate affair. The trip out from Marigot Bay was fantastic with beautiful coastal scenery and birdlife . The snorkelling was great as to was our guide and crew. We saw a good variety of Caribbean fish & coral species albeit much of the reef is bleached as a result of climate change etc but this did not detract from the experience as was aware of this before our arrival. Lunch on board was delicious and consisted of perfectly seasoned chicken, rice, chickpeas and Mac cheese. All in all a wonderful experience 👍

Under the sea - Very friendly and knowledgeable of sea life and locations. Took time to point out types of plant and sea life along with the coral. I loved that every time our guide would find garbage or plastic under the water he would go grab it.

Great time - We had a great day snorkeling with this crew. The captain and crew were very nice. From the initial pick up at our hotel, to the boat ride, to the snorkeling experience, and to the delicious, home cooked light lunch, everything was wonderful! Our trip included a crew member who was our snorkeling guide. He kindly helped my daughter, who is 7, in the water all the while he pointed out various sea life to us. We enjoyed the day a lot and only wish we had time to go on more snorkeling adventures with this crew!

Super snorkel tour - We booked a snorkeling tour. On time we were picked up from the port and brought back again. The snorkeling was great. The weather wasn't great, but I was able to borrow a wetsuit. We've seen a lot of fish. The guide showed us a lot and explained. Thank you!

Very good snorkeling. No frills tour - Did the snorkeling trip with the family. It was a good trip. We managed to fit in 3 snorkels and saw all sorts of fish. The water was super clear. Lunch was also provided and was solid (chicken and rice). It's a no frills trip and met expectations

Very fun experience,... - Very fun experience, especially for the price. They even sent a driver to pick us up. Most of the staff were friendly & the food was delicious. My only critique was the communication about pickup time didn't happen until 10pm the night before. I recommend reaching out a couple days before your booking because they are very responsive once the communication lines are open!

Unprofessional - I’ll start with the positives: the snorkeling spots were spectacular, and the food was good. Now for the not-so-good: when we arrived at the meeting point given to us, no one could confirm whether we were in the right place. The boat itself was quite worn and definitely not like the one shown in the tour photos. After the first snorkeling stop, lunch was served, but we ended up sitting on the boat for about an hour while the captain and his daughter went diving, leaving all the passengers waiting. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional.
