• Glamity’s Bar - At this culinary stop, visitors can choose between Glamity’s Bar or Antilla’s Brewery. Glamity’s Bar is open only on Saturdays when the distillery is closed, offering samples of Island-style Grilled Pork or blood pudding with local sides and island beverages. On Thursdays, Antilla’s microbrewery offers tours for visitors to learn about their unique beverage production.
• Marigot Bay - Marigot Bay is a historic site, having witnessed several battles between the French and British navies. The bay’s inland portion forms a hurricane hole, providing shelter for boats during hurricanes. It was also the setting for the 1967 film adaptation of Hugh Lofting’s Doctor Dolittle books, featuring scenes of the shipwreck, Great Pink Sea Snail, and the construction of the harness for the Giant Lunar Moth.
• Roseau Beach - Enjoy freshly picked bananas at the banana plantation in Roseau and visit St. Lucia Distillers for a rum tasting/Distillery Brewery Tour. Guides will educate visitors on banana cultivation, the plantation’s history, and rum production.

• Anse La Raye - The name Anse la Raye is derived from the rays found in the bay, translating to Bay of Rays in English. Two rivers, the Grande Rivière de l’Anse la Raye and the Petite Rivière de l’Anse la Raye, flow into the bay. On Friday nights, a fish fry showcases the skills of local fishermen.

Optionally, visit Cacoa Sainte Lucie, where organic chocolate is produced by a local resident named Maria.
