• Glamity’s Bar - At this food stop, visit either Glamity’s Bar or Antilla’s Brewery. Glamity’s Bar is open on Saturdays when the distillery is closed, offering Island-style Grilled Pork or blood pudding with local sides and island beverages. On Thursdays, Antilla’s microbrewery offers tours to showcase their unique beverage production.
• Marigot Bay - Marigot Bay is a historic site, known for battles between the French and British navies. The bay’s inland area serves as a hurricane shelter for boats. It was also the setting for the 1967 film adaptation of Hugh Lofting’s Doctor Dolittle books, featuring scenes of the shipwreck, Great Pink Sea Snail, and the Giant Lunar Moth harness construction.
• Roseau Beach - Savor freshly picked bananas at the Roseau banana plantation and visit St. Lucia Distillers for a rum tasting and Distillery Brewery Tour. Guides will educate you on banana cultivation, the plantation’s history, and rum production.

• Anse La Raye - The name Anse la Raye translates to Bay of Rays, named after the rays found in the bay. Two rivers, Grande Rivière de l’Anse la Raye and Petite Rivière de l’Anse la Raye, flow into the bay. On Friday nights, enjoy a fish fry where local fishermen display their skills.
