Excellent service, delivered everything as promised. A definite must do experience with a great guide - The trip was wonderful...well organised by our English speaking guide, Phuc. We did all the sightseeing advertised. We cycled, swam, kayaked inc. night kayak to see the plankton.... and had plenty of time to chill out on the deck. We were served delicious food - vegan, veggie, meat, seafood.. all cooked fresh! As well as the excellent guide, the team madd sure we were all comfortable - the rooms clean, comfortable with hot showers. Thank you for a memborable trip.

Superb stay in junk. - Small group cruise (7 people). Very good guide , excellent and hearty meals , and various nice activities (kayak, swimming, massage by fish,...). Staff on the boat attentive and discreet.

Wonderful small guided tour of LanHa Bay - Tour guide Happy (Phuoc) was fantastic. The food was terrific and the second day kayaking amd swimming in the lagoon surrounded by karsts at the south end of Halong Bay was magical. 2nd daykayaking is much better and more secluded.

Great! Great experience! - A great experience! I recommend, the staff was very friendly, the food super good! A small boat, quiet, perfect to enjoy the view and relax. I spent the night on the boat, it was magical! The guide tells a lot of anecdotes and the activities follow one another, we do not see time pass! Great, thank you so much!

Stunning cruise - We had a fantastic trip with our informative and amazing guide Happy. The crew were fantastic, friendly and cooked amazing food. Accommodation was clean and spacious, nice room and hot water! Kayaking and swimming were superb. Only thing we didn't like was seeing so much rubbish in the water, it's a shame as Vietnam is so beautiful.

Intense and personalized cruise at the top! - Our Vietnamese guide Phuc was great: flexible, accommodating, humorous and knowledgeable. We spent two days rich in activities, anecdotes and sensations, I recommend! Do not hesitate to specify if you want to cut off the electricity (including air conditioning) at night, for more calm and less pollution.

Incredible experience of 2 days and 1 night with friends! - We took a two day and one night tour with the Family Cruise boat. Our guide "Happy" was great and funny, spacious rooms and delicious food!! We were disgusted to have to go home. 10000% recommended.

The best trip we could have found - This is the perfect tour if you’re looking for something off the beaten track and away from the crowds. It was a small tour with only four people, which we preferred to the look of larger crowded boats. Our tour guide was excellent and so friendly and knowledgeable. The food was the best we’ve had from any tour in Vietnam and communication was great from the moment we booked. It included a really fun cycle trip, kayaking and bioluminescence at night. We loved it and it was great value too.

Flee Cat Ba and this agency - We booked a cruise 3 days 2 nights hard small boat ( 3 cabins): 1 / no interest to stay 3 days because it is the same route every day! /2 we pay for a so-called luxury cabin , which we will have only the second night; the first night was spent in a closet of 6 square meters where it is difficult not to hit your head if you measure more than 1.75 M; the bathroom and toilet is 1.5 square meters and especially this closet is located above the electricity generator that makes a deafening noise and emits exhaust gas that literally poisons the cabin air .... Headache , nausea , difficulty breathing!!!! I say filthy for not being rude! The Monkey Island is a tourist catch where there are a hundred times more tourists than monkeys that have been put there as tourist attraction!!!! As for the other activity; trekking crossing the island with boat return; in fact the guide has only interest to be with you to explain things about your route (the route otherwise does not require any guide because perfectly marked ) .... Except that he didn’t explain anything to us and ultimately only served to slow us down (because obviously injured in the knee ) then we had to wait for Monsieur to finish his lunch! Same for the private boat return that we had to wait 45 minutes in the rain and in the cold!! Weirdly the head of the agency who sold all this to us was never present again during our presences!!! And it goes without saying on the famous 3 caves that we sell you without telling you that the main one has been closed for a long time and that the other 2 are only one ..... kayaking where you are landed in an area reserved for this activity and where a good half dozen boats and a hundred kayaks are scrambling!!!! All in all: beurk! And I dare not imagine what it will be like in a few months when the new city out of the ground will be finished!!! Tens of thousands of “luxury” HLM-style accommodations stuck to each other in a distasteful Eurodysne ready to welcome tens of thousands of tourists who are circulated at the queue leu leu in locked activities!!! So flee Cat Ba and this agency!!!
