Great 80mins view of Catania - Alfio was lovely , he took us onboard and gave us a lovely view of all the nice tourist places. Loved the Aci Treza, the Christmas decorations on the shopping road. Nice views of the castle. And a great spot to admire Mt. Etna. Wonderful experience with family

The bus tour was okay but... - The bus tour was okay but we could not hear anything about the different sites because the audio did not have English. There was English audio playing in the bus but the city and traffic noise drowned most of that out. We probably heard about 20% of what was said. We tried every channel available but the audio was definitely messed up.

Terible expiring - I have to say a total disappointment. We were told we would have stops along the way which we didn't...we only stopped at Acicastello Normano and Acotrezza for 10 minutes each. When buying a ticket, it was explained completely differently. I don't recommend it..

Google Translate Meets AI Narration on a Nice Bus - We took this tour this morning. We're actually fans of the now ubiquitous "red bus" city tour, despite knowing how generic they are. They show you the sights, tell you something about the local area and help you contextualise your surroundings and plan your time. So, we understand the usual compromises but were still keen. Despite all that, the narrated tour guide audio here was the worst we've ever experienced. A lightly accented London voice read what could only be described as Google back-translated AI slop. Highlights included the Anglo Saxons believing Queen Elizabeth was trapped inside Etna for her sins - quite a plot for a Doctor Who episode, but clearly nonsense. Similarly, the district which was home to "luxurious workshops of brides", relating to bridal wear boutiques. Again, just lazy nonsense. The guide pointed out we were on Via Vittoria Emannuelle and Via 20th September, but madly didn't say what these were named for. We've done enough Italian tour guides to know, but what's the point in naming without any context? Despite all this, the bus was clean, comfortable, indeed open-topped, and went where it said it would, when it said it would.

Great vantage point but lacking real info. - Very difficult to find out in info online and when finally booked the instructions weren't accurate and gave us concern to the point we called the company. Narration was minimal and probably could have gained as much from a little reading and public transit.

Absolutely awful - It is a waste of about 2 hours. It should cost $5-10 MAX and then it MIGHT be worthwhile. There is not much more to say other than this trip is not worth the money nor the time.
