Mariella’s residence is situated in the historic heart of Catania, offering stunning sea views from her kitchen. During this 3-hour Sicilian cooking class, participants will learn to prepare two dishes from scratch. The Catania cooking lesson is interactive, allowing you to cook a pasta dish and either an appetizer or a dessert together. The dishes prepared will vary based on the season and market availability, as Mariella prefers using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. She will guide you in cooking a traditional Italian meal, which you will later savor with some local Sicilian wine.
